I found it very easy to find what I was looking for and the item was on special which was even better. The delivery was fast and the lamp was in one piece so I didn’t have to put it together.

When I received the coffee machine the box was already opened. And then when I unbox the coffee machine and set it up the milk part of machine didn’t work and I follow the instructions step by step and still didn’t work. I was very disappointed

Hi Craig, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We currently don't have the 14" replacement stones in stock, and unfortunately we still don't have an expected arrival date.
We did offer a 12" stone as an alternative or a partial refund if you preferred not to wait however, you let us know that you'd like to wait for the correct replacement.
As soon as stock becomes available we'll be sure to send your 14" stone.
