Great customer service
Great customer service. On delivery the pizza stone was cracked in half, the team at gift box were quick to respond and replaced the pizza stone with quick delivery. Well done gift box.

Never again with this company
One of the boxes was squashed which was before packing as it was in another box AND bubble wrap! Meant to be a gift. Also price stickers on all 4 boxes. The stickers were the size of 20 cent coin and cant come off without taking print off the box. Again were meant to be gifts. Not at all happy! Won't order again that's for sure!!

I have had a fantastic first experience with GiftBox. I ordered the Cosy Faux Fireplace and the whole process could not have been easier. My parcel arrived within 3 days, in perfect condition and I honestly was so excited to pick it up.
The fireplace brings a beautiful ambience to my music room and the vintage vibe looks authentic and matches the whole aesthetic of the space perfectly!
I would definitely order from GiftBox again. It is so refreshing to have had such a simple and straightforward experience, from beginning to end. Thankyou GiftBox
