Great company to order hampers with, especially for business/corporate purposes. We have used Gift Hampers twice now and they have been really helpful with any issues that aren't their own fault.

Would not recommend
Would not recommend. Delivery took 11 days (8 business days) which is not what was indicated on their website when i was placing the order. Customer service was quite subpar. As I kept reaching out to find out the status of the delivery, i was given then same deactivated tracking order over and over again. As we ended up missing the occasion for which the gift was intended, I asked for compensation and was given a voucher for another purchase. Needless to say I will not be making further purchases on this website.
UPDATE: reply from the business gives an erroneous timeline. The timeline quoted was 2-5 business days. It took 8 business days. This was confirmed by their representative in an email and I have a copy. Says a lot about the business that they would discredit my review with wrong information.

We are genuinely sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. We fully understand how frustrating it can be when a delivery does not arrive when expected, especially when the gift is intended for a particular occasion.
We would just like to clarify that your order was placed on the evening of 18/06, meaning it was processed by our team the following working day for courier collection. Based on the delivery window of 5 working days to the Czech Republic, which is shown clearly on our website before purchase, this placed the estimated delivery around 26–29 June. The courier ultimately completed the delivery successfully on 30 June, which was one working day later than the estimated window.
While we always do our best to meet the estimated delivery dates shown, deliveries are handled by third-party couriers and delays can occasionally occur outside of our direct control.
Our customer service team did respond to your messages and provided the live tracking link each time, as this is the official link used to monitor the parcel’s progress with the courier and view the latest available delivery information.
We appreciate that the gift arrived later than you had hoped, and we are sorry for the disappointment this caused. As the gift was ultimately delivered successfully, the monetary refund you requested did not seem reasonable in this case. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we offered a voucher towards a future purchase, which we hoped would help acknowledge the inconvenience.
We are sorry that this experience did not meet your expectations, but we do hope this helps clarify the order timeline and the support provided. We would be very happy to assist you again in the future and sincerely hope we have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience next time.

What I find remarkable is that you cannot choose a delivery date. If I’m sending a gift for a special occasion I want it to arrive on that special day. What’s worse, however, is that the parcel I sent to my dad was never delivered, even though the courier service marked it as delivered. The courier service (DPD) is also useless as it needs the sender to raise a complaint and provides no further assistance. I emailed gifthampers about this one week ago, sent a reminder 3 days ago, receiving no response at all. I text them in Instagram and receive an auto response that they do not handle inquiries through social media, asking me to email them, which I have now done three times. Very disappointing experience.

Thank you for your review. We fully understand your frustration, especially as this was a gift intended for a special occasion.
Our deliveries are provided within estimated delivery windows rather than guaranteed nominated delivery dates, which is why a specific delivery date cannot always be selected at checkout. In this case, the gift was delivered within the timeframe shown when the order was placed. However, the key issue was that the parcel was marked as delivered by the courier, but later evidence indicated that it had not been delivered to the correct address.
As the tracking showed the parcel as delivered, we were not automatically made aware that anything had gone wrong. Once we became aware of the issue, we contacted the courier to investigate. The proof of delivery information provided suggested that the parcel had been delivered to a nearby incorrect address.
Regarding the emails, we did not receive the original messages at the time, which is unusual. After we contacted you and the messages were forwarded again, they came through successfully.
Following the courier investigation, we provided you with a full refund, along with an additional gesture for the inconvenience caused.
Unfortunately, this case involved a combination of issues which led to further frustration, including the courier marking the parcel as delivered despite it not reaching the correct address. We understand how disappointing this was and will be raising the matter further with the courier to help prevent similar issues in future.
We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention, and we are pleased that it has now been fully investigated and resolved.

The hamper was wonderful! A present for my daughter and husband. They loved it. The only reason for 4 stars was that it took so long for delivery....I wish they given a time line for delivery.
