I ordered a picture for mothers day to put my kids handprints on. What was sent was so small, handprints don't even fit. And I ordered the biggest size available. And they came over 2 weeks late

I never received my package. I ordered a Mothers Day gift weeks before Mothers Day. It took 2 weeks before I emailed Giftingher about shipping information. They finally sent it out with a shipping service I never heard of. The package was supposedly delivered but there’s no photos of the package at my address as with most delivery services. They refuse to refund me. So I didn’t get my Mothers Day gift and they took my money. STAY AWAY!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! SERIOUSLY!!! I ordered a Mother’s Day present for my grandma and my brother ordered a Mother’s Day present for our mom and his fiancé. Two separate orders, not related at all. We both ordered on the same day, which was 7 days before Mother’s Day. We both paid $30 extra for expedited shipping, which was supposed to be 2 to 4 business days. We ordered the Sunday before Mother’s Day. today is three days after Mother’s Day and neither of us have received any package. I got nervous when the four day market hit so I came on here to check their reviews, definitely should’ve done that first! After reading all the bad reviews, I emailed them through the contact us form on their website. Within one hour of me saying cancel the order I got an email saying my order had been shipped out. The tracking information doesn’t work and I don’t believe I’ll ever get anything in the mail. I have contacted them to refund my money and disputed it with my bank already, but I’m writing this to save someone else the hassle. giftingher.com just steals pictures from other legitimate websites to steal people’s money. Save yourself a ton of trouble and look elsewhere.

I would give negative stars if I could. This is the worst business I have ever ordered a product from. We ordered a custom Mother’s Day gift in plenty of time and never received the product/gift we ordered. The customer service has been terrible. For over a week they have been saying the order is being expedited and we’ll receive it within a week. Well, another week has passed. No updates, same response for customer service. Terrible business. Stay away. The website looks great but it is a total scam.

After 2 1/2 weeks, my order never shipped, which including shipping time, would have arrived after event needed for...money refunded ....I would not order from this place

Ordered gifts with plenty of time, took well over 2 weeks for them to even start the order even though it should have been received within 9-15 days, had to cancel order as it would have arrived too late having been told it would take a further 2-3 weeks to arrive. Don't let the fancy website fool you, it's a 2 bob outfit masquerading as Amazon.

Absolute scam! Do not order from this company. Website says “beautifully hand painted watercolor house portrait”. It was a pic, placed in a cheap frame that wouldn’t stay closed. Return process is awful. Only offering to refund a percentage of the cost; no explanation regarding why the item isn’t as advertised. Do not fall for this.

Beware NOT UK for returns, even though website address leads you to believe it is. Product not as described - wrong colour, engraved wording not defined, couldnt make out what the pattern was, chips to spine of item. Terrible returns policy. They emailed me back early hours of the morning (3am)! They would not take back the item unless I posted it to China at my expense! ( which they said on their email they couldn't refund until arrival which can be delayed due to international logistics being "uncontrollable"!) Or I could keep the item and have a 25% refund.... I now have an item that I cannot give as the gift it was intended for and I have lost 75% of my money (it wasn't cheap). Their website looks good and I am sure somewhere they would point out in the small print that their T & C's say about the returns. But, I shall NEVER EVER use them again and would NOT recommend them.
I would suggest this company makes its returns policy and procedure much clearer and reviews the standard of their merchandise against the prices they are charging.
