Had difficulty at first because it wouldn’t accept my eir code. I emailed the team and got a swift reply. I tried another device and it worked. It was easy once I got the hang of it. Pretty straightforward in the end.

Lot of experiences but no currency choice
Easy to use and full of experiences. But not possible to choose the gift currency which is not really practice (I offered a voucher in AUD for Portugal)

Website easy to navigate
It was easy to navigate the website and it had experiences on the Sunshine coast, which's where we wanted them.
A plus was that the website allowed me to email the gift to my partner at the day and time I wanted.
As of purchasing the gift, I have only good things to say, I guess I'll know better how the gift collection goes once we're doing it.
