delivery estimate way off
product was good, bought a car Air freshener. But the delivery estimate was way off. wasn't 3-4 business days. it took almost a month to arrive. luckily it came the day before I gifted it to my friend. if youre thinking of getting something, bye it a month in advance

Whatever happened to my order?
I had ordered two photo car air fresheners as part of a gift hamper that I was making up for my husband’s birthday. The website details gave me the indication that they would arrive in good time. Sadly they didn’t, but I’d written an email to stress my concern before my husband’s big day. I was offered another pair as compensation and also hoped they’d be delivered before the date. Sadly they didn’t, either. Eventually, a pair did arrive, a week after his birthday, but the replacement pair never did! The photo air fresheners are very cute, just a pity that my order went astray! This experience hasn’t put me off buying from Gift Barn, they do nice gifts, just a pity that my first order didn’t arrive on time
