Mothers Day
I have used Gifts Direct for years and always been very happy. This year I purchased Mother’s Day gifts for my mother and mother in law on the same day. One was processed and shipped promptly, the other took a full week to be delivered. I reached out to customer support a few days before Mother’s Day expressing my concerns and got a pretty unhelpful auto generated email. It was a disappointing experience.

The dried flowers were very small and disappointing for the price - for that size maybe a small base combined then it would be worth the money.
I use your hampers alot they are fab so was disappointed re flowers as I would have expected better from your company for that price
