Crafted Memories Avis

Great service, bought a few formula 1 print t-shirts, really nice quality very comfortable

I ordered a personalised plush toy for my granddaughter's forthcoming baptism. The company was very quick in dispatching my order. There was a small mistake done on the personalisation so contacted the seller. Their customer care service was so very helpful and so very prompt in sending me a replacement, couldn't fault them. They also kept me well informed on each step of my gift's delivery. The finished article is lovely and im sure my little Granddaughter is going to cherish it. Would absolutely recommend seller, thank you.

I had buy one product and payment already done. When parcel arrived it seems cash on delivery. Why should i pay 2nd time.

Brought a tshirt for my sisters bday , and had a picture printed on it. The tshirt came out better than expected and my sister loved it !

Delivery was relatively fast however the sizing of T-shirts way off. Ordered medium which was when it arrived more like a quite small small. When put alongside medium T-shirts from high street stores a lot smaller

Response from company was measure it and compare against size guide…..

If items are listed a …small , medium, large etc then one would expect that the company ensure they are selling size comparable goods.

The website stated that if ordered before 2pm it would be next day delivery, unfortunately I ordered the top at 2:30pm thinking that it will come in a few days. However it did in fact arrive the day after! This top was a personalised one too! I was so happy with the delivery time and the results will definitely order from here again!

Thank you!

I have made the item for a baby girl . That was born at 3 & half months The order is perfect condition. Customer service is great. The quality is great

Beyond unbelievable customer service. I felt like I delayed them and yet they took the time to give me over and above expectations. I don’t want to write out exactly what they did for me as it’s likely not to be an expected service for everyone, but you can tell the attitude towards their customers is unlike a lot of places. The quality of the shirts are great, the designs are brill, are great, timing of delivery was superb and timing of their responses was unmatched. Will definitely be ordering again.

I can't explain to you how much i love this company! as an artist it can be very difficult to find a company that can help make some of my designs come to life! the customer service was great, the staff are friendly and super helpful. i have ordered from them a few times now - both for my artwork as well as personalised gifts -HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This is the second time we have used Crafted Memories and on both occasions we couldn’t be happier.
From start to finish the communication is excellent. Wonderful customer service.
The whole process is simple and the tshirts exceeded my expectations. I look forward to my next order.

2nd time purchasing a personalised hoody as a gift. Both perfect! Will absolutely be ordering again. Great fathers day gifts

Fantastic service from Crafted Memories. I ordered the wrong T‑shirt by mistake, but they replied instantly and sorted everything out in time for my son’s birthday. Couldn’t ask for better. Highly recommend.

What an absolute delight to have found this company! Just received my third order of a Custom outline t-shirt and am thrilled with the result each time. I have been emailing them directly asking for advice on bestoke orders on different products and they have been prompt and very thorough with the responses. Looking forward to solving many future gift idea problems including those for myself 😉 Truly couldn’t be happier!
