Mark, who looks after the warehouse, provided excellent updates with REAL information about the status of the backorder, shipment etc
Prior to that the sales team provided me with some well researched options for a case for a fairly unique guitar.
Mine was not a big $$$ sale but every person made a big effort to address my needs and folllow it through

Very good and solid case
Very good and solid case , the delivery to my house in a week was even more satisfying but , my mistake , the case is to big for my bass head amplifier Garlien Krueger 810 ( 800 watts ) and didn’t come with racks for me to figure it out how to fix it properly ! I don’t know if this company have accessories on the side as I need to fix this ASAP?

When I couldn't track my order
When I couldn't track my order I emailed GigGear who responded within 24 hours informing me that all was on track and the item was due that day! It would be a good idea to check that the track link works.

Too Many Cooks
Had inserts made for two pelican cases. One successful and the other not. Basically, the guy who liaised between me and the technicians was a dud and unnecessary while the technicians are good if they get the proper info. Cost me over $400 because one insert is useless. Got to Aerolyte in Thomastown where you deal directly with the designer/ technician.

It’s always disappointing to see a 1 star review, especially 18 months after we supplied your job, so in this case I think it really needs a response.
Firstly, yes we do have customer service staff liaise with clients on custom insert work, this is to allow the designers/production to team to do what they do best - design and produce. Looking at the communication from the member of our customer service team, this was diligent and informative, top notch in our opinion - you even praised them several times for follow-ups and quick responses. In relation to your request for you to visit the production factory floor being denied, this is an essential part of our company OH&S policy. We don't allow this for public safety as it is a working factory with machinery in use.
A design layout was provided and approved by yourself, and inserts produced upon approval.
We take pictures of all jobs once completed including yours, it is very hard to pick which one of these is "completely un-usable" considering the equipment's fitment in the photos.
It’s never a nice feeling to be personally attacked and called a "Dud", this really isn't called for.
