Very good product however the taste really isn't great it taste like an antibiotic I got the lemonade hence the 4 star review. I would also note it's on the pricey side for a months supply I will continue to purchase for another few months to trial it but I do think maybe a bigger value bag or else a bundle for a few months for better value may be a good idea. Overall I love being able to take all supplements in one drink but i think it's expensive and the taste is hard to stomach

I was really excited to try this as they promote their refreshing lemonade flavour but I have to say I hold my nose to drink it… Such a shame as I’ve seen such positive reviews, especially about the flavour!

Never thought painless period is a possibility. Im taking gigi for 3 weeks and first time ever I experienced symptom free cycle. I'm 37, as a mom of 2 I truly appreciate how lifechanging it is. I also have underactive thyroid and can definitely see the improvement in my gut health and fatigue levels. I sleep like a baby now and I'm not exhausted all the time.

Horrible flavour - definitely not “refreshing lemonade”. Almost impossible to stomach due to the taste and smell.

Brilliant supplement to target PMS, hormonal acne and period symptoms in general. The lemonade flavour is great but particularly love the new orange and grapefruit combo, so refreshing! A fab new Irish product, highly recommend

Have been taking Gigi for a couple of months consistently now and can definitely say I notice a difference in my PMS symptoms! I love that the ingredients are such high quality and that I can support an Irish, female-owned brand!

Have noticed a serious decline in my PMS since taking Gigi. I find it so easy to take and love incorporating it in my daily routine. I actually love being signed up a subscription as it just arrives every month and I don’t have to think about it. The team at Gigi are also always on hand to answer any questions I have and are so generous with their time educating women on all things female health.

Great to have high quality supplements all in one scoop, I am not great with remembering to take it - but I do notice that my pms symptoms are not as bad as usual when I do take Gigi regularly. The most notable difference was my skin, I've never had acne but I did suffer from recurring spots on my forhead and around my chin always in the same places for years and since taking Gigi these have cleared! I'm not super fussy on taste but it does have a potent smell and the flavour is definitely not refreshing lemon but if you add one of those borocca orange flavour tablets it's not bad at all. I think 100% a 'bad' tasting supplement that doesn't have tonnes of additives to make it taste sugary is better for your body. Overall, I wouldn't say I couldn't live without it but it's a good price for high quality Irish ingredients and I will continue to purchase every month. Excited to see where the company goes and really cool idea for female health! :)

I was so so excited to get Gigi and start it as I have really awful endometriosis. I really struggle with the taste and smell of this supplement. I have tried to disguise it in smoothies but still hold my nose to get it down. It is such a shame as I do believe having all the vits and nutrients together in one is a great idea, just very hard to stomach.

I took Gigi for two months but had no changes in my symptoms. I get painful periods and hormonal acne but unfortunately I seen no benefit. I will still repurchase as I think it’s a nice supplement and it can be hard to find such good quality supplements like it. It’s nice knowing you get everything in one dose! Just super sad it didn’t help me, back to the doctors I go!!

I love the ingredients in the Gigi supplement. I have only taken it for 1 and a half months so it is hard to confirm the benefits just yet however I have noticed my skin staying a lot clearer through out my cycle. I'm excited to keep using it to see the longer term benefits to help with pms!

One of the best products I have ever taken!
Normally I would get uncontrollably out of source coming up to my period but after taking the supplement for a while two months I can genuinely and confidently say this has lowered my pms symptoms.
If you’re looking for a supplement to try to help you during the time of your cycle this is it!! Stay consistent with it and see how this works wonders for yourself!
