Gilley Avis 138

I've had Gilley for a while now but wanted to give it a proper use before I review. Having used it for a few months now, I can honestly say that this product is BRILLIANT. I don't know how I coped without it! It doesn't turn inside out even in the strongest wind but my favourite part is the case - you can just pop your wet umbrella in it and put it straight in my bag, and not worry about it dripping all over your stuff. Fantastic invention.

This is just a great product all round! I was given a Gilley's umbrella as a present and I really like it. The umbrella is very sturdy (although I haven't had the chance to try in very strong winds) and I love the extra height that the handle/casing allows when being carried and the fact it feels so light when it is open. Obviously the key bonus is being able to put the wet umbrella back into the casing after use and the actual umbrella part really repels the water too, so the umbrella is not as soggy as one would expect. I really think this is an excellent product and idea 💡

Sturdy looking umbrella and water repellent. Only used during summer months, but looks good

Love this umbrella. I always hated my wet umbrella dripping all over the inside of my bag, but this one stays in its watertight case away from my belongings (and electronics lol). I’ve lost so many umbrellas in the past but this one goes right back in my bag every time! LOVE IT!

bought as a gift for my daughter who asked for this after reading the reviews so she hasnt used this yet.Although the umberella looks very sturdy.

I tried my Gilley umbrella first time today and in the rainy windy day of Netherlands it didn't survive. I was expecting more based on the ads I saw and the videos they had on their socials.

This is such a good umbrella, I bring it everywhere. It’s compact, it’s simple and the case means I don’t have to keep a soggy umbrella in my bag or lying about. I never leave the house without it!

Great Idea to be able to store it wet ( clever and very appealing).Unfortunately I,ve not been able to get it back in the handle/case at all.I have to confess I have arthritis in my fingers but there does not seem to be enough room..I,m keeping it anyway as it is a well built brolly

Great idea in that you can pack away your wet umbrella and dry it when you get home. Love the concept and the product. My only slight concern is that the umbrella is a tight fit in its container and not that easy to fit it back in.

So far a big fan of my Gilley. So Convenient to tuck in that wet umbrella into your bag and not have to lug it around. Clever!

Love it! Such a great idea

I absolutely love my Gilley! It is so convenient that I can put it back in my bag after using it. I used it in a storm with 40 mph winds and it held strong and didn’t turn inside out like every other umbrella I’ve owned. I can’t wait to have this one for life. I’ve recommended it to all my friends and plan to give it as a gift during the holidays! A+ product!

Someone gifted me this umbrella for my birthday and I must say, I wasn’t fully convinced with an umbrella as a birthday gift.. However, I have used it almost every week ever since and I love the quality! Normally I just buy a cheap umbrella when it starts raining, but they never last long. With this one, I’m set for the long run! Congrats on this new durable product.
