Reliable, reasonable and competent
Great company, top quality and fair prices
After another plumber botched a job replacing an immersion heater system GJassal All Trades came out, discussed options, then subsequently put in the correct solution.
An example. When the two plumbers came to put in the replacement they asked about the history then spent 20-30 minutes discussing and agreeing a plan.
When they started on the tools they both worked quickly as they knew what each other was doing, what was required and when each stage needed done.

Don't bother
3 different people were sent to survey a painting job and the works did not take place.
We had discussions over nearly 4 weeks for a job we needed done by a certain date and I was assured several times it would get done yet it didn't even though it was surveyed by 3 different tradespeople.
I will not be using them again as they let me down.

Can’t fault the service at all
Can’t fault the service at all. The staff over the phone and the plumber were both excellent and the issue we had was resolved efficiently. Plumber arrived at exactly the time we had requested and there was no stress at all. Would definitely recommend.

Attended quite promptly given it was Sunday evening. However the boiler problem could not be resolved and the follow up took some time to arrange. Ultimately I was advised that the boiler was unsafe to use

Recommended company
We are on the service plan and required a call out due to issue with heating. The team are always very accommodating with their times and Tommy came out and got heating working although a couple of small parts are still required. Good, friendly, dependable company and I highly recommend them.

Great service
Had to call an emergency engineer for a boiler repair. The process was easy to book and the cost was given upfront and well explained. The engineer David was brilliant, efficient and professional. Would highly recommend - they really helped out when we were in a bind.

Quick and Thorough Service
Phoned these guys at 11:30 on a Sunday night due to my downstairs neighbour reporting a leak - they arrived within the hour and David accessed my neighbours property as well to confirm the leak was from their plumbing not mine.
Can’t fault him at all - quick service and thorough!

This company were first class from…
This company were first class from initial phone call until the job was completed.
It was a pleasure to work with people who did what they said they would do!
All staff very personable and extremely efficient at their job.
Any queries I had were dealt with in a very professional manner.
Maybe slightly expensive but the job was done beautifully and at a time to suit us so that balances out.
Will have no qualms about using them again or recommending Jassal to others.
