Damaged and used second hand TV sold as Excellent/like new condition.
Made a purchase of a television on the 28/4/26. The television was advertised as in excellent condition.
The television arrived with a damaged screen the wall bracket screws already screwed into the rear of the set with rounded off screw heads and the plastic showing scuffs and signs of previous use it clearly was not be in the excellent condition advertised on the site.
I reached out to gk prime via email providing photos of the damage and after extended delays in replying to my concerns they finally agreed to a return after i refused a slightly discounted fee and flagged the transaction with my credit card provider.
They then had the audacity to ask me to pull my flagged transaction as they had finally organised to have the damaged product collected by a courier nearly 3 weeks after I received it.
The date is now 13/6/26 and I still havent had my return processed even though i have recorded delivery details that the set was received back by gkprime on 20/5/26.
