Engagement and wedding rings
As far as I am concerned, Gladstones are the number one jewellers! Ged and Tom are extremely good at what they do. They are both knowledgeable, patient and understanding. Not to forget their excellent craftsmanship and great value for money. The shop has a lovely welcoming, family feel to it and at no point do you ever feel pressured into buying something (unlike when you visit some of the larger jewellery shops in the city centre). Ged made our original wedding rings ten years ago and I returned to Gladstones to buy a new Engagement ring. Tom excellently sourced the perfect diamond and set it just how I wanted it, in a beautiful band. Ged then altered my original wedding band to match my new Engagement ring. I am so happy with the service I received and thrilled with my new rings! I highly recommend Gladstones and personally would not shop anywhere else.

Excellent value for money and customer service
We went to Gladstones to purchase our wedding rings. The service we have received has been excellent. Excellent value for money and customer service has been outstanding. I also had my engagement ring changed from white gold to platinum. I would throughly recommend Gladstones for value for money and customer service.

Perfect experience for engagement ring
I couldn’t recommend Gladstone enough after having dealt with Tom and designing the perfect engagement ring for my now fiancée. I initially reached out over email about potential designs and upon my first visit to the stop I immediately felt at easy by Tom and his clear and concise explanation all things engagement rings, not at any point did Gladstone’s push me to something I wasn’t looking for. Their personal approach to the whole process is not something to be understated. Throughout talking with Tom he was completely honest with me and even managed to have the ring a day early, when timing was extremely tight! I recently bumped into Ged at a local wedding fair and instantly recognised me and most importantly the ring! My fiancée and I can’t wait to go back to Gladstone’s and buy our wedding rings together

Prompt service but I'd buy instore in future
Prompt service and most places had sold out of item so I was grateful that it was available here. However, I would hesitate to buy online again as item did not look as I would expect if I had bought instore. Also, this was a birthstone gift and I was disappointed that there was nothing to explain this, or even say what the stone was. Makes a birthstone gift a bit pointless really.
