Yankee Candle Diffuser was not as per the advertised picture. Customer Services dismissed my complaint about this whilst acknowledging that it was not the same as the item advertised. Item that was supplied looked different and was smaller than the item I bought. Very disappointing.

Ordered a week ago still not received had 0 emails to say been dispatched etc then get an email to say it’s been completed? I’ll be contacting the bank for a charge back today. Royal Mail haven’t even received the item. Fraudsters beware !!
