This company is despicable

This company is despicable. I placed an order ,which never arrived and kept making excuses. I have asked for my money back but they are not acknowledging,,,I thought this was a good UK company but once again I was wrong ,,I need the money....don't touch h them with a barge pole !!

Scam

Whatever I ordered was sent wrongly, I returned it, I have received the receipt and sign proof as well, the company has received the whole kit I bought it, they took everything, still 1 month and 15 days has passed and they have not refund the money yet, it was £369.95 there is no reply, they don't pick up the phone, there is no answer, very disappointing, don’t buy anything from this store be careful

I have placed an order with them and they gave me a tracking number which Royal Mail say doesn’t exist. I’ve tried to visit the site which apparently now doesn’t exist. I cannot get in contact with anyone from glam global . Am I being scammed ? Where’s my order

Great !

I was abit worried after reading the reviews ( I had already ordered before seeing the reviews ) to which made me worry as I had spent 50£ to have the lemme sleep gummies delivered to the uk and the tracking id was saying it was being delivered that day and never arrived but royal mail 48 can say it’s being delivered that day and arrive the next but was very happy when my parcel came through the door

I was a bit hesitant to make a purchase with the reviews but I’m glad I did! Ordered two lemme sleep bottles - followed up after a week as hadn’t received a tracking link and my order arrived a few days after that! Will definitely be using glam global again!

Ordered from Northern Ireland and received in under two weeks!

Happy that I have this option

I ordered product from Glamglobal that was not available to mi in EU.

27.2. I made order
11.3. I received tracking number
17.3. I received product and tariffs were already paid by Glam so no problem with that

So it takes time and it's expensive but you have to understand how this kind of business works. They don't have product you order locally, they first order and send it to you.

I am happy that I have this option because it's the best deal for me. At least for now

Great service

I ordered last January for a supplement I cannot get easily in UK. I was hesitant to place an order from them because of the reviews but did it anyway. Received my supplements after more than a week and I am very happy!!!

PS: My order came directly from the USA and also checked with the company the legitimacy of my product and they have confirmed that it is authentic.

Wrote another review last week saying wish I’d read before ordering .. glam global replied saying to email them for updates to my order .. well I have 4 times and ignored .. no idea where my order is .. probably never get it .. they can reply on here but can’t reply to emails

We have replied to your emails on three separate occasions, and tracking details for your order have already been provided. The parcel is in transit and can be monitored using the tracking link issued.
We do not ignore customer emails. All enquiries are answered in the order they are received. If any of our replies have not reached you, this may be due to email filtering or spam settings, and we recommend checking your junk folder.

Your order has been processed and dispatched correctly, and it is not accurate to suggest that you will “probably never get it.” The tracking information confirms that it is on its way.

No update since order... no response

I made an order 9 days ago, have received no update despite having emailed them x3 and calling too when no one answers.
I'm seriously concerned that they have taken my money (for a massively upsold product) and I won't actually receive my order.
I'm hoping that no one else makes the mistake of ordering from this company. They should be reported to the consumer watchdog, which I am seriously considering as my next step.

Fraudsters!!!!

Ordered a product 3 weeks ago have been calling and emailing no response. No tracking details. Big fraud, I have reported to the fraud investigation team as I work in this field and also have flagged to my bank that it is a scam.
Please avoid at all costs.

Where’s my order!?

I ordered an item on the 15th February. It’s now 26th February and there has been no communication about where my order is or when I will be receiving it. I emailed them today… so let’s see how long they take to action anything. I should have known better to not order from this site after reviewing trustpilot reviews, this screams huge alarm bells!!

Zero star do not order from this…

Zero star do not order from this website it is a scam! Beware and do not order!!! Have flagged this with Andrea in Customer Support which is fake and she just keeps saying return it when it arrives. I ordered items 21 days ago, no sign of them even being dispatched. 150 euro gone. Stop with the generic responses pretending there are no record of peoples orders.

Just for an update I emailed for a refund as it stated I could below very clearly before i receive the goods in this chain and Andrea has said now i cant have one. Happy to screen shot the miserable interaction from this site. DO NOT ORDER EVER

Amazon in disguise

I placed an order through Glam Global, but it was dispatched by Amazon. It looks as though Glam Global just placed an order for the product on Amazon and had it sent to me as a "gift". I HATE AMAZON and I now avoid shopping with them. Very disappointed that basically Glam Global just orders from Amazon and adds some extra cost to make some money for themselves.

To clarify, GlamGlobal operates as an independent retailer. In some cases, we use third-party fulfilment partners to ensure faster or more reliable delivery to specific locations.

This can include established global distribution networks. The product itself is supplied through our sourcing channels and is not purchased on-demand after a customer places an order.

Using multiple fulfilment partners allows us to:

• Deliver to addresses that may otherwise be difficult to service
• Reduce transit times
• Maintain stock availability

This does not mean we are simply placing retail orders on Amazon and adding margin. We operate structured supply arrangements and distribution agreements to serve our customers efficiently.

Honest, great communication amazing communication appreciate the email letting me know about a delay with my order. Many other stores are not so transparent or prompt in their communication. Great range of products and free shipping.

I’m extremely unsatisfied and…

I’m extremely unsatisfied and frustrated with this company and their service. I ordered a product (which by the way they charge twice the price for but I was willing o at as it’s not available in my country) and my order went through successfully. Great, right? Except not really, as I later on (days after placing my order) received an email stating my order had been cancelled due to insufficient stock. Apparently there wasn’t enough stock to fulfill my order. If that was the case why let my order go through?? I understand things like out of stock items are out of company’s hands, but my frustration is the fact they allowed my order to go through in the first place when they very likely already didn’t even have it in stock. And because of that I now have to wait up to a week for a refund, all of this could have been avoided had they communicated. This place has left a poor impression on me. It was my first time ordering and il be honest I was hesitant to order in the first place as I wasn’t sure how legit it looked, and it seems my gut feelings were correct. I’d avoid if I were you.

During exceptionally busy periods such as Christmas, there are rare occasions where inventory updates lag behind real-time sales, particularly on high-demand or limited-stock items.

When this happens, an order may be accepted before the final stock reconciliation is completed. Unfortunately, this appears to be what occurred in your case.

As soon as the stock discrepancy was identified, the order was cancelled and a refund was issued.

Refunds are processed immediately on our side, but depending on the payment provider and bank, they can take several working days to appear back in the account. This timing is outside of our direct control.

We appreciate your feedback regarding communication. While the cancellation was sent as soon as the issue was confirmed, we recognise that the experience fell short of expectations and we are actively improving our stock controls and notification processes to reduce the likelihood of this happening again during peak periods.
