I think the main thing that made this great, was the simplicity. I had a team led by Daniel Foster that stayed in constant communication with me to hand- walk me through the process. All the staff were very professional and courteous

Hazel Garett and the rest of the "Team" at Glenfall Publications are scammers. They will not provide any effort or product worth the time you give them and they will not honor their money back guarantee. You are better of publishing your book yourself. Glenfall Publications is a front for illegal and fraudulent activities. Make sure you check the date on reviews. Cause I bet a bunch more fake five star reviews start popping up so they can try to cover their asses after this goes up.
