First week they give you jobs then they give jobs only to specific drivers
You can't complain because you are self slave

1* star is too much for this doggy company as I stated earlier in google im better off with Addison Lee a plus im getting the right service for what im paying
glh never appreciate how long you have an account with them they treated you like they never know you
I think this is the beginning of their end

The fleet team is always helpful and supportive. Also the best car rental prices

My family and I have been using GLH for many years and have never received anything other than outstanding service. Punctual, friendly, clean cars and easy to communicate with, we would recommend and will continue to use the company.

I have used GLH for nearly 10 years now for both courier and passenger service. From start to finish, the customer service recieved was to a very high standard. From speaking to an agent for booking to being greeted by the driver and invoiced and charged. Drivers knew where they were going and I was confident in getting to my destination in time.

Overall fantastic experience. Very hard to get nowadays with all the app only no personal touch services.
GLH are well organised and advised me of my journey time and when I would need to be picked up to get to my destination for a prefixed time. As I am not a driver, it was very reassuring that the telephonists, controllers and drivers knew what they were talking about and advised me accordingly.

Ride with confidence. Highly recommended!

Always a great company to work with, communication is great and their fleet of vehicles are always clean and driven well.

Controllers are extremely rude, when reporting them to management, they tell you to ignore them. They will give u a job 40 minutes drive to the client so that you can drop them another 130 minutes drive for only £25 if you lucky!!! This company is a fraud need to be reported to the Watchdog. Plus they need to pay their drivers holiday pay all the money they ripping us off it ain't fair. I WILL NOT ADVISE MY WORST ENEMY TO WORK HERE PORE SLEVERY.
