Disgusting service & product never arrived!
I purchased a product internationally due to lack of stock here hence I paid £63 for a small bottle of dha free self tan.
When this was parcel posted through my letterbox by UPS the packet was ripped open and empty? I immediately contacted glimmer goddes obviously upset. They replied, I didn’t pay for postage protection so it wasn’t there problem but they would ask UPS to look at it?? Although I paid £20.00 alone for postage! There was no level of service or correct procedure due to uk consumer law and the contract between themselves and the courier. I have sent pictures of this package and personally contacted UPS which I shouldn’t have to do. I know that the retailer has to put this right but the stress this has caused me after paying £63 for an item such as ‘self tan.’ To then not receive it. I am disgusted and extremely stressed. My advice is to shop elsewhere. I will warm anyone to avoid this retailer! Always read reviews. They are there because people want to stop genuine customers being scammed.
