Do not buy from this company, my daughter used the product twice and the casing melted in her hand. Company asked for photos, said they could see the fault and would forward it to department for confirmation of refund, now saying no refund because I didn't inform them within 14 days, the conversation continues. Any company charging £39 for a blatantly faulty product and then disputing the refund is not worth buying from. Wish I'd read these reviews first.

Product was faulty - the heating element got very hot, but no fan blower came on. I got in touch via email, and got a prompt reply, asking me to send a video of the fault, which I did. Was told they would send this to 'quality control' for review. It has now been 3 over 3 weeks, and after 15 back and forth emails, I am no closer to getting a replacement or refund. I continue to receive stock responses again and again, and have had no help to resolve the issue.

They said I could return the product for a full refund - if I pay for the return to China (Glimoria UK?) - yet I have now sent 3 emails asking for the returns address and have not been provided with it.

This business is a scam- do not send any money to them.

I wish i had read these reviews before I purchased from this company. The product is bad quality. Do not buy. I thought I was buying from Glimoria UK as per the advert. I want to return within 7 days for full refund however they say I have to return it to china at a cost of £30 to £40 . Obviously there is no point doing this as I would be out of pocket. I dealt with a uk company not a Chinese company. They are con men. Do not touch! .

Terrible do not buy. I tried it out and it doesn't do what it's ment to. It's just cheap plastic crap.

Received a defective, substandard product and they are refusing to give me a refund or a return address but also claiming I have to post it back to China which is not mentioned in the Refund Policy.

"If you wish to proceed with the return, kindly arrange for the shipment to our warehouse in China, and we will ensure a refund is processed as soon as the item is inspected." was sent later in email correspondence but not providing their address. Shame such sites are allowed to be active in UK to do business and scam people.

But no address given?

Doing business in UK and expecting the customer to do returns to China?

It is also clear in the policy that if the product is defective, they have to bare the return costs.

Cheap! Nothing as in the picture on the website - £39 is decent money and the product should be as advertised.
