There was an issue but they responded qickly to correct it. In life there are issues dont expect otherwise but what makes the difference is how it is handled.

UPS Lost My Wire 0.o
UPS lost my wire, it arrived at a shipping depot "package was empty", I called global wire and told them what was going on and they shipped me a replacement the next day. This is my 5th purchase and my 1st problem. Wire has been great and they took care of the problem they didn't create ASAP. Great people to do business with. Thank you.

Had a problem with shipping, nothing to do with your company, i didn't predict the delivery time correctly. Contacted Global and they helped tremendously even after the wire was shipped.
Good to know there are businesses that still believe in customer service.
