Worth the price to save me time and stress. Received numerous appointment notifications within the first two weeks, and got two appointments booked locally the same day.

I had been trying to get an appointment for months now.But every time I went on, I was not able to click on the links that showed the appointments. Everything I read said it was because other people were scoring them before I could get to it. Getting more and more frustrated, I signed up and immediately started getting texts saying availability. I would go on and yet again I was not able to click on the links. So I wrote to the company, and within minutes, they wrote back explaining to me how I needed to log in first, not just go in straight. Within minutes I scored two spots. I never would have known that without this information and it was nowhere else to be found. Having them reaching out to say when the appointments were available was key too. Well worth the $25 dollars.

The app told me when appointment times were available and helped get to the Global Entry site to reserve.

After three months of trying to get an appointment without success, I was able to get a Saturday appointment after three weeks of notifications.

Their tips on getting the appointment definitely helped. Clicking on the texts promptly, without delay, makes a difference. Also, actually logging into your account immediately to grab the appt gets you in there and the process to go through. I’m certain I would not have gotten the appointment without those texts. Charlotte is an absolute nightmare getting one. Thank you so much for helping me!

I was able to get an appointment at my local enrollment center (which has veg few appointments and they go quick) on my first try.
Global Entry Spotter alerted me immediately when new appointments were available, so I was able to book before everyone else. This was especially helpful because I would’ve never know that my enrollment center was going to release their next batch of appointments at 11:21 AM on a Wednesday, I would’ve just had to figure that out by chance without the alerts.
My enrollment center only has appointments on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 11:00-3:00. On top of that, my schedule is extremely restrictive. There are about 6 appointment times per week I can make. So getting an appointment on my first try with this service surprised me!

I wasn’t sure about this service but my local airport is one of the impossible-to-get locations and I’d been checking 10-20 times a day for weeks with no luck, so I figured I might as well try it. I had an interview appointment within 24 hours! A cancellation that popped up late at night when I just happened to be on my laptop. I was stunned. Can’t recommend GES enough.
