AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!
Useless in providing pragmatic solutions to employee problems. Very slow to respond and our main point of contact does not have any specialist knowledge and always has to ask someone else. All quotes provided by them regarding employee costs were highly inaccurate (the actual cost being 50-60% more) and they take zero responsibility for their mistakes. They've ended up costing us a fortune.

Mulitple spam and unwanted emails from this company. How exactly are they obtaining their email list, as we never signed up or know who they are. As a UK based company, they should be aware GDPR is a thing and will be reported.
