Gerry is kind and able to get the details simply and pull out exactly what we need. The response time is quick as we refine to exactly what we need. Appreciate and highly recommend for your global mailing needs, both local and beyond.
Follow up just as much when there is a concern on the deliverable as you do on the selling of the service.
Here was my follow up on my deliverable. "Giving you feedback on the email list I purchased. There’s a lot of engineers that provided filler but the core of my ask , aircraft mechanics, avionics technicians, military maintainers, ground support mechanics, A&Ps, are scattered making conversion difficult.. Can you separate all the A&P, aircraft mechanics and technicians instead of grouping them with engineers? Also, I got mostly company emails and very little personal emails which made conversions difficult." "Got no response to my request."
The excel formatting was ok but the category populating and list alignment not that useful in converting to site visits.
Garry's leads outperformed other data vendors 3x over the same time period. Highly recommended

Positive experience. Have worked with them multiple times. Received the list in 3-5 business days from payment. Would recommend. Would advise you to be very specific in the description of target demographic.
We received a list of 2100 planners and tour groups over 2 states of this we had 1044 contacts come back as non-existent. When bringing this to the attention of the sales person I was told there were no refunds but that I could get another list free of charge. Great, another list of rejected emails. No thanks! Don't buy lists from them.
Unfortunately list has tons of bounced emails. The rep said they would replace bad emails. Company went dark on email and phone for any help after we bought the list.
