I never won. I asked 5 friends to join the game, and none of them won money. It's okay if they win once or twice, but they never won. Another friend of mine played for a year, every day, and never won a day, so he asked to close his account permanently. I swear if I win money even once in nearly a year, I will be struck by lightning and die.

I have mixed feelings about global so far.. so I've won two of the 5$ afternoon brawls and finished 2nd n a 3k.. it does seem odd that after my wins Ive played quite a few times and it was players 4 betting pre and raising all n to a pot bet w bottom pair to spoke trips on the riv. Several rag aces vs my AK only to win when they are 9-1 to lose basically. I do believe it is mainly bad players bec after the two wins I did finish 2nd. I haven't tried to withdraw my winnings yet so can't speak to that.

When I first joined it’s seems ok but guess that’s just the “beginner luck” they give you and by luck I mean not constantly getting sucked out on hands. I understand online poker has more variance but the shit and flops you see on this site make zero sense. It’s has got to the point where I can pretty much call the suck out coming.

I’m sticking with live poker for now until US players get better options.

for three years, i loved this site. but recently, they go rid of their two best daily tournements the hundo and the bonanza, and also, it seems like recently, the site has been overrun by cheaters. every tournement i enter that has a buy in above 3.3 dollars, its the same players every single night, going all in with hands like 27 and flopping 222. ive seen one player in 5.5s go all in with 27 27 35 3k 710 210 and about 15 other shit hands, he hit the nuts every single time, quads straight flushes, full houses. i have so many players marked that i wont even engage with anymore because ive never witnessed them lose a hand that they were involved in.

Global poker is a decent platform to play poker on. It’s really hard to win but I don’t blame global poker for this. I play the poker games and it’s the players that make it hard to win. No one can seem to just play a game of poker. They want to go all in every hand or team up to defeat you. I have won a few rounds of poker but they are very few. I haven’t had to contact customer service so I can’t speak on their service. I haven’t been able to redeem yet either so I can’t comment on the redemption process. I gave four stars for those reasons. However it’s a decent platform to play poker on but it’s the players that make it so hard to win!

Customer service closes all my tickets without resolving my issue. I have a ticket that has not been successfully resolved that was open over a month ago. They state it’s free to play by means of a request by post but months go by and they do not credit your player account for request received. Ticket numbers 21541716 and 21470331 and 21206184. They have not addressed my concerns and instead always say they sent a message to the relevant team even though I’m speaking with the relevant team. When I showed a support specialist that I spoke to her in the past and she was part of the relevant team she stop responding altogether . I was then told that they put my free to play mail in request on hold and only accepted purchases made on the website to be able to play their games . This has not been a free to play site recently for me. They give you .25 sweeps coins only once a day and u cannot really play with that so in order to play you have to make a purchase. Why say it’s free to play if you’re not allowing all your customers to play for free with the same opportunities that gives an edge to players who makes a purchase which then in turn makes it unfair to all players ??

I can’t help but feel that this website does not prioritize fair play or transparency.

Moreover, there are growing concerns about the casino's trustworthiness. It's disheartening to see a place that should be about fun and entertainment resort to such dubious practices. I urge anyone considering visiting Global Poker to think twice and be aware of the potential risks. A once enjoyable spot has now lost all credibility in my eyes.

I was wrongfully and unfairly deactivated.
I participated in AMOE as well as depositing my own money monthly and was accused of using software to alter the game! I am an old mom who enjoys playing while drinking my wine. I would not be able to alter a game if my life depended on it.

Got banned from Chumba casino, but since vgw owns global poker as well my account got deactivated on GP. Nice work VGW, fraud of a company.

I’ve been a loyal player on VGW's platform for over 5 years, but my experience has taken a disappointing turn. As soon as I started sending in more Sweepstakes Entries, my account was deactivated without a clear explanation. It feels unfair and untrustworthy, especially after years of dedication to the platform. If this is how they treat long-term players, I can’t recommend them to anyone.

I have been playing here on and off for a little over a year. I took a break because everytime you cash out any win, you seem to be put in some kind of infinite bad beat que. Once you cash out, you will lose all your flips in poker tournaments. I play semi-professionally, so I know what variance looks like. This is ridiculous here. If you play black jack, you'll win one and lose three. I've lost 15 hands of black jack in a row on this site. You'll make a 21 and push on the regular. 20s are almost always a push if they are showing a face card. My personal thoughts is they are trying to combat their sweeps letters clause because too many people are writing in for the free coins.

The other day I get banned from all VGW sites without explanation or proof of my wrong doing. It’s extremely upsetting and disheartening as they can not tell me what I did so wrong and all i get in return is an automated email response

They deactivated me without proof. Saying I use software assisted program. Thousands of people's have been wrongfully accused. Stay away from Global and their sister site Luckyland and Chumbacasino

They are doing illegal mass deactivations without telling people what they did wrong. When they owe credits they just ban you, no warning no explanation. I lost so much money with them.
