Stopped giving me daily bonus even though I make purchases.

Everyone calls this site a scam. I guess I didn't notice since I never participated in the poker tournaments. I'm more frustrated by the sudden ending of daily bonuses. There are simply too many online casinos to get cheap like that.

I’ve been putting money on here back to back to back for the past 2 weeks hundreds in and not one bonus in the entire 2 weeks I’ve put 20s back to back on here yesterday

This is probably the only online gaming site that makes me feel like every time I play I'm a fool because there's no way in hell some of these hands whatever happened in real life every single time I buy a package that gives me four of the free $1 games every single time I lose every one of them and it's because I throw a king and a jack and then they have a king and a queen or I have an ace in a Seven and they have an ace and a 9 and it's always something to Trump me so much bigger than iylt ever would be in a real life game. and I think it's complete BS and I think it's rigged 100% And I don't know why I waste my time at all on it it's a complete crap show and that crap would never ever ever happen in real life I think they rob every one of us that play it and you're really horrible people for that. Really don't know why I waste my money because it's not fair play at all whatsoever.

Too many global poker bots calling with nothing. Getting runner runner. Stay away they steal from you.

African shoreline scam site. They host a $100,000 tournament every day with around 50-100 'free ticket' tournaments every day. There is no way any company would be able to generate this business model, which is why you ONLY see it here.

It's a full blown scam. I 'qualified' for the $100,000 tourney today, and every single hand I folded basically turned into a big win. Then, once I actually called and hit three of a kind, magically the guy RIGHT NEXT TO ME, with a generic housebot username turns over K10s to my QJs and rivers the flush. Prior to this hand, I had literally no playable hands the entire tournament.

I even had to fold TT preflop to a 'loose fish' housebot they love to use at tournament tables, where they go all-in to bait you with their last hand. Bot turns over AK and flops the Ace of course. A few hands later I flop AK with a K dry board and the bot goes allin with me with K10o and guess what the river was? Awww what 'bad luck', a 1 in 17 chance and they get the lucky 10 for 2 pairs.

Other bonus goodies: They haven't been RNG certified for even a basic shuffle of the deck in nearly 10 years. The certification never meant anything, it's just a legal loophole where they shuffle once and then can do whatever they want. This is why they are banned in so many states. Even Canada, a very corrupt country, has banned them. They operate on the 'Isle of Mann' which is essentially the wild wild west minus any sheriffs or citizens.

Again, the site has less than 10 people who play high and medium stakes, so where in the world would $100,000 free tickets come from every single week?

Want even more proof? I was at the $100,000 tourney with my 'free' ticket, and afterwards I said "F** it, lets get rid of my last $0.50". I loaded up two 25 cent Sit'N'Go's. And guess what? RANDOM HOUSEBOTS FROM THE $100,000 TOURNEY IMMEDIATELY JOINED. I'm supposed to believe a player who is in 5th place in a $100,000 tourney is also simultaneously playing two Sit'N'Go's for 25 cents each? Like come on guys, use your head.

I haven't put a dime on this site in ages. They used to make it so maybe 1 out of 10 times you could grind your buy-in to a cash out if you played professional grade poker. But now they don't even hide it. They just straight up rob you. Last time I played cash tables my very first hand was AA I said "yeah ok" and snap all-ined. I immediately got a no hesitation call from a housebot whom I had studied at the table for 10+ minutes before joining. This was a very conservative housebot. But it immediately calls my AA allin with guess what? TWO FOUR OFFSUIT and flops a full house.

They also have different sets of tables for different people logging in, to make sure that every player is playing specifically against their housebots. Never spend a dime in online poker. This 'free' $100,000 tourney ticket wasted 6 hours of my time.

There's no way this site is not running a scam. Whether it's poker or slots, I've never in my life just won nothing. With poker it's one bad beat after the other (and no it's not variance; I'm a statistician and I've played on many other sites, and I've never seen anything like this). And I'm aware slots are how casinos make their money, but on other sites you at least hit a little here and there; here it's just nothing—like even with a bonus round you're lucky to hit a couple bucks. They also offer the "free" SC if you attach a photo of all that gibberish on a postcard as a way to keep themselves going as a legal sweepstakes, but they never ever pay. This entire site is such a scam.

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to reply to this reply from them (or maybe it's not possible). Anyway, I did contact customer support A WEEK AGO about a glitch where I did not receive a payout for a winning hand because the game froze (as it frequently does—which I have never seen on any other poker site). They responded asking for proof then disappeared, so there went hours of my time and my buy-in.

Poker games and slots freeze often, and there have been several times I haven't received a payout. WEEKS have gone by too where they STILL have not made good on the sweepstakes SC payments where you write the gibberish on an index card and submit a screenshot etc. I am not leaving my real name on here because of the other reviewers' complaints about deactivated accounts, so if global poker really wanted to make good on this, they'd simply RESPOND TO AND RESOLVE EVERYONE'S SUPPORT REQUESTS INSTEAD OF GHOSTING THEM, REFUND STOLEN DEPOSITS WHEN THE GAME FREEZES, AND ACTUALLY PAY OUT THE MONEY PROMISED IN THEIR SWEEPSTAKES RULES. There are so, so many complaints over this that these cannot possibly all be disgruntled players—GLOBAL POKER IS OUTRIGHT RUNNING A SCAM.

And stop with the "sorry for your bad luck" replies; what is going on here is not statistically possible and does not happen on any other site this frequently.

Update: STILL being ghosted by support after they stole my buy in when the game frozen and I didn’t get paid out on a hand. STILL never got paid for the several sweepstakes index card submissions.

Haven’t made a deposit in weeks and won’t unless all of this is resolved. This site needs to be shut down.

UPDATE 7.16.26: STILL being ghosted by support over the issue where the game froze during a winning hand—even after submitting proof when asked. STILL haven't gotten compensated with the SC from the sweepstakes submissions...

Also today I've gotten moved to another table MANY TIMES IN THE MIDDLE OF A HAND I WAS IN!!! Sorry I ever made a deposit here; what a waste of time and money.

Not sure why this place has such low starts. I would imagine it because people lose at poker at blame the site not themselves.

Huge waste of money. The one time I cashed out, they send me a Canadian bank check from a bank that never answers their phone

To be fair, I have cashed out for a total of $300.. however I have played since 2019, and I have deposited roughly 7,000.

Imwriting this review regarding global online casino,they also go buy other names also none as casino gaming master ,they tell you you can cash out anytime any amount ,they lie ,I gave 59 and won they said to contact at 8 am to 12 so I did then was told contact at 9 pm 2 midnight I did so I woke up in morning tried to go into my account it was off they said my withdrawal was denied and couldn't do anything because account was close but said they would be happy to put the 59 back in a new account. Trash, complete and utter trash. The negative reviews and ratings are well deserved. One of the few places I've never cashed out having made multiple purchases and receiving a few (small) bonuses. I will never pay to play here again and may not even bother playing for free. Heed the advice of the majority and stay away from this soul crushing RNG.

I’ve won some money here, and I genuinely appreciate the free SCs, but it honestly feels like I haven’t held up with KK, QQ, JJ, etc. since 2021. Sometimes it really seems like the site goes out of its way to keep weaker players in the game.

Global Poker is a legit Sweepstakes. The daily rewards can feel like a slog bc it’s 4 days of 0.25, 2 days of 0.55, and on the 7 day 1.0 SC. That’s nearly 0.45 SC a day. Global Poker seems generous compared to a lot of other Sweepstakes casinos. I only play the slots. My dad taught me how to play poker, but I’ve never played online. I like that they let you redeem at 50 SC. I don’t have anxiety waiting on them to process a redemption because it only takes them 1-2 business days. I read another review saying they have good AMOEs. I think I’m going to check that feature out.

I might give Global one more chance to be a " HONEST" " STAND UP " NON CHEATING SITE " but probably stupid on my part and I unfortunately know it 😒

Lost a lot of money, but still played, it’s gambling so I get it but being a valuable and loyal customer, they give me free SC every year for my birthday, this year nothing! They said sorry but said they appreciate and value me as a loyal customer but can’t give me even a $1 for a bday present.
