Complete scam and trash it needs to be removed. I am filing a lawsuit with a firm and some people to sue them for money back on the games that are scamming people.

1% runner runners over and over and insane positions/hands designed to fool you into losing your entire stack like villain Q2s on the big blind calling a 10BB raise and flopped Q2 vs your AKs Ace.

When you do the math, you'll realize your chance of winning a big hand/flip is less than 6%, so long term there is no way to win unless you sit down at a table with a player who is tilted and punting their stack on purpose, which is extremely rare.

And the players who punt their stacks will be protected vs skilled players because they make thousands of dollars off of the fish while barely making any money if any off of sharks.

Was having a blast playing like normal winning some and loosing some, usually always making it in to the money, worked my $50 into $1600. Once I withdrew $500 I stopped being delt any winning hands, I completely understand the game is based on luck. But when I fold every hand until I’m eliminated from the table and not get a winning hand for over 3 weeks is insane!!

Canadian AMOE writers were completely screwed by the sisters, Global Poker and Chumba Casino. They owe me 10 k for all I wrote since April. The changed the Terms and Conditions after shutting Canada down and now refuse to pay us what we are owed. Don't give them your hard earned money or you may lose it. Even after they shut us down, they continued to give us Postal Codes for letters they never intended to honour. Really horrible company.

They never paid me for letters sent that would get SC to play on the casino and then they shut down for canada. Thousands of people have reached out to them and they are firm they will not pay what's owed.

I have been writing cards to this company sine January 2025, in order to receive free Sweeps Coins to play at the online casino. The wait to get your first payment is about 4 months. I patiently waited and continued to write them up until August, when they told us that Canadians would no longer be allot to play. They gave deadlines of when to stop playing etc. I come to find out that none of the letters I wrote to them before the end date would be considered for payment. Currently I am owed approximately $3500 USD. After looking at there terms and agreement it says nothing about paying not paying out the Sweeps Coins written before the cut off date. Do not play att this casino! Beware!!

The customer service and response time is great with this company. With this company you're not treat like a simple number or a dollar sign but a human being. I appreciate the compassionate staff concern about my loyalty and experience over the years. I do wish they had more sweep games to offer though but hey, it's Global Poker....I have been a customer of theirs for years and any issue I may have had with their sister company in the past was handle professionally and timely fashion.

Between January–July 2025, I submitted 1,940 Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) requests to Global Poker in full compliance with their Terms and Conditions and Sweepstakes Rules. Only 802 were credited, leaving 1,138 unlawfully withheld — all mailed before Global Poker's August 28, 2025 Canadian market closure notice was issued. Refusing to honor these valid entries constitutes a breach of Global Poker's own Terms and Conditions, a breach of contract, violations of sweepstakes laws, breach of good faith and fair dealing, unjust enrichment, and deceptive business practices. Despite repeated follow-ups, Global Poker has failed to resolve the issue, so I have reported the matter to consumer protection authorities and relevant regulators. This raises serious concerns about fairness, regulatory compliance, and consumer protection.

Global Poker is the worst of the worst sweepstakes companies. They are withholding and refusing to pay out credits earned since April 2025.

Now that the company has decided to pull out of Canada with little notice at the end of August 2025, they have refused to honor entries Canadians have paid for over the last five months. This organization has no credibility and is not trustworthy.

Beware, Americans players, you might be next. They allowed Canadians to spend money and play games but have no intention of giving us the credits we are due. They have shown zero intention of paying and break their their own terms, conditions, and sweepstakes rules.

The owner of this company is a fraud!!. In order to operate in Canada they had to offer an alternative method of entry, which was letter writing. Letter writters in canada have not reveived letters sent to them since the end of April. They sent an email on aug 22 about pulling out of canada and gave us until aug 28 to pull codes and write KNOWING we would be wasting our money because they had no intentions of paying up in sweeps coins. Today is our last day to play with no drops, but the owner is sure getting his tax break though while violating canadian gambling laws!!!!! Canadians will not stop until this is resolved, even if it means class action, were ready!!!! They pulled out of states and paid all of the writers in those states, so why is Canada not getting the same, they have violated their own terms and conditions with us!!!also, They will deactive your account for no reason and say that you use automation, according to them hundreds of people a month are using automation to write. Its a MAJOR loophole theyve found to not pay out!!!

Followed all their terms and rules sent in for sweepstakes has not followed through with their end of the rules.
We have been banned from writing - which is fine but they have never paid us for the writhing we did. They have stolen millions $$$$ off of poeple that put lots of time and money into their rules. No one will answer when we can expect our pay out

ive been playing on global for about 4 or 5 years. i bought in for 50 bucks, got up to a few gs, lost most of it on slots. But for the last year or so, the same 10-20 players go all in over and over in every single tourny, with hands like 27 or 35, and they hit the nuts or a monster every single time they do it. There are superusers on this site that can see hole and communuty cards pre flop, its the only explanation that makes any sense. One player has put me all in pre flop during 3.3s and 5.5s when i had AA with 27 27 35 over the course of 4 days, he hit two quads and a straight flush. my player notes for these players go on for paragraphs with examples like this. I have never witnessed one of these players losing an all in.
