This accusation is false and this company is deactivating many accounts for the same reason. This is shady business and this company should not be allowed to operate

IT'S THE SAME IN POKER AS WELL, I AM BEING FLAGGED, AND I HAVE MORE THSN THE PROOF THAT GLOBAL POKER IS SCAMMING PLAYERS OUT OF A FAIR GAME, IT'S ANYTHING BUT. I HAVE LITERALLY TOLD THEM THAT THEIR RNG IS RIGGED AF, AND AS I WAS TYPINGCTODAY ON A SCREENSHOT SHOWING MY CLAIM THAT "THE BIG STACK "TRUMPS" THE LITTLER STACKS 95% OF THE TIME.

Here's The Important Part. A Couple Years Ago I Asked Global Poker IF I Could Get Enough People Who Mught Want a Webcam Feature, And I Would Present It IF I Got a Lot Of Player's To Agree. Global Poker Support Said "Yes," And The Very Next Day, I Got "Banned From Their Facebbok Page, After They Gave Me The Okay."

There was a Poker Site called "Pokerview" in 2011, and they sent you a New Webcam In The Mail, So That Way We Had one when they go live. You are able to read face expressions, Like At a Real Table, but even though RNG'S are Rigged to an Extent,At Least us players knew for a 100% certainty, that we were playing another human and not a Bot. It was such a big step ahead of all the other Poker sites, That Daniel Nugearu From PokerStars had an account there, and his player name was "The Kidd," and after 6 months of running, the Merge Network Bought Out "Pokerview," Got Rid Of The Webcams Day 1 and shut the site down 3 months later in 2012.

It was bought out because, It hinders their ability to cheat with their Housebot, that's why it was

Manipulated gameplay.

I haven't done a redemption yet so I can't comment on that HOWEVER it seems almost EVERY day I hit a nice amount on my regular favorite games. I hit anywhere between 50 -90$ alot of time. This site by far has the LOOSEST slots of ALL the social casinos out there. Ive obly wver put 20$ on my own money on there ONCE and my balance is 430$ that's money I've won. Idk they seem pretty legit to me. Chumba is their sister site and I won 400$ on chumba and was verified and cashed out on less than 2 weeks (it took about 10 days for both processes). Next redemption will be easier since I'm now verified. I have no complaints so far.

This is the worse poker site I've ever played. There is just too many bad beats. It's so predictable it's ridicules. Same stuff keeps happening over and over. You hit the river for top pair and your opponent hits it for a flush or an inside straight. Just not real poker. Almost seems like it's predetermined who is going to win before the game begins. Not worth your time or money playing at this site. Save yourself a lot of frustration and find a more legit site.

Terrible! I've been emailing them literally daily for 2 months to verify my bank account. I submitted all documents when trying to verify. They ignored all my emails for the first 10 days---then I started getting responses saying "the appropriate team is looking into it". Nothing further. Still not verified after 2 months. I email "support" daily, they usually won't respond. Occasionally I get the random "we've sent the email to the appropriate team and they are looking into it". Nothing happens. I've literally threatened to sue them for discrimination since once your account is verified you qualify for bonuses. No response. Stay away and play at a better site.

Won 300 dollars on bonus money, tried to verify my account. Wouldnt verify my account. Waited 72 hours 3 emails and nothing, no response. until i said screw it spent the money. The morning after i spent money suprise i get an email back. So 72 hours no response and in less the 4 hours after money is gone suprise its verified.

I have been a player online now for about 10 years my number one casino has always been chumba but I kind of got down and wanted to try something else and different scenery so I decided to join global poker which is a vgw group thinking that it would be somewhat similar been playing now for a few months and I had to ask customer support for my play history just to do some comparing for myself well let me add that I'm getting the Royal shaft shall I say they have done nothing but take my money every now and then give me $100 and if I go under the $100 but let's say 99 it will never get back up to the hundred range it's a total waste of your time and money don't do it save your money buy something for your family

This company deactivated my account based off of false allegations of automation. I would never automate anything and I was very very careful not to violate the terms and conditions to get my account blocked/deactivated. Always made sure my IPS was located in Wisconsin, no VPN on and generated codes appropriately. I would never automate anything. I was mailing the AMOE from Wisconsin and making sure it was post marked at the post office to ensure they were being mailed by the state I live in. They refuse to give me my account back and now all of that time I put into writing and money spent on stamps and supplies is a complete waste. They will not give me my account back and I’ve tried several times to kindly explain/inquire what happened. They will randomly block you and not give you any money back from the letters you wrote that are/have yet been processed. Be careful, this definitely can be a scam. It’s happened to many people. I was primarily writing to global poker and I started a year ago writing to Chumba. I was shorted 800$ from Chumba but never complained. I wrote to Global Poker because they were more reliable, but, I ultimately got deactivated and lost my account for “automation” that I didn’t do. I don’t even know how to use any automation software if I wanted to. I will take this post down if they decide to give me my account back, but until then it will remain up.

Caution if you write to them, have withheld $1000’s from people by creating fake TOS violations. VGW in Malta is a scam. Expect them to stiff you because they will, it’s their business model.

They don't want to update banking information so you can withdraw. I have been trying for three days.

My account is under verification for the past 3 weeks and I can't withdraw my money. It says to contact customer service if it takes over 24 hours, so this is way way beyond the norm. When I ask about it, they say again and again that it is under review and give me zero information. There are only 2 documents needing review, it does not take 3 weeks.

If you want to play Texas hold'em, this isn't the site for you. Don't get me wrong they have a game called Texas hold'em. But if you don't do/play what the site wants when it wants, you will never come out ahead. You are not really playing hold'em. You are learning how to manipulate their system, that's it.

I've been playing on Global for years. Never had an issue withdrawing. Most of the negative reviews are coming from bad/losing poker players.

Also reading about this "ban-wave" gives me more confidence in this website. Most cardrooms don't care/bother combatting bots.
