Serious concerns about our experience
I would strongly recommend exercising caution before using this service.
My family and I provided personal information and passport copies in connection with a visa-related service. We subsequently became extremely concerned about how our information was being handled and about the way visa appointment/waitlist arrangements appeared to be managed.
After we raised concerns about our experience, we experienced further issues which made us question whether our passport details were being used in connection with appointment arrangements without our authorisation.
We have retained emails, screenshots and other records relating to these events and are raising the matter with the relevant parties so that it can be properly investigated.
Our main concern is that passport and personal information belonging not only to me and my wife, but also to our baby, was involved. We believe customers should be given a clear explanation of how their personal documents are stored, accessed and used.
I am sharing this review to document our experience and to encourage others to carry out their own checks before providing sensitive personal documents to any visa service provider.

We have preserved the complete documentary record, including communications, instructions, appointment records and related evidence, and are fully prepared to provide it to any competent authority if required.
For privacy and confidentiality reasons, we will not disclose the applicant's private information publicly to defend ourselves.

I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding my experience with this company and the manner in which my family’s personal information has been handled.
The company obtained personal information and copies of passports belonging to me, my husband and our baby in connection with a visa-related service. I have serious concerns about how these documents and our personal information have subsequently been handled.
Following our concerns about the service and comments we posted online about our experience, we have experienced conduct which has caused us significant concern. We believe that our passport details may have been used in connection with visa appointment arrangements in a way that has prevented or interfered with our ability to make appointments independently.
We have retained relevant email correspondence, screenshots and other records which we believe support our concerns. These include communications relating to our passport details, appointment/waitlist status and our attempts to resolve the matter.
We are particularly concerned because the information involved includes highly sensitive identity documents belonging to our family, including our infant child. We therefore request that this matter is properly investigated and that we are provided with a clear explanation of:
1. What personal information and passport details relating to us are held by the company.
2. How and where this information has been used.
3. Whether our passport details have been used to create, modify or place any appointment or waitlist entries.
4. Whether our information has been shared with any third party.
5. What steps will be taken to ensure that our information is no longer used in connection with any appointment or service without our authorisation.
We are attaching the relevant correspondence, screenshots and supporting documentation for review to the relevant authorities
Given the seriousness of the concerns and the fact that our family’s identity documents are involved, we request that this matter is treated urgently. We reserve the right to refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory or law-enforcement authorities if we are unable to obtain a satisfactory explanation

The appointment in question was booked at your own request and within the agreed timeframe. You did not make any payment to our company for this service, yet you have made serious allegations against our business and referred to matters/company names that are not related to our services.

I wanted an appointment for france Schengen visa. In a reasonable price Global Way consultants booked the appointment for me within one day, followed up regularly about my updates and cross checked my entire application before i submitted it.
