They did arrive (after two weeks), but that was the highlight. Don’t glow, only half of them stick, don’t work.

Paid a lot of money for these and also £10 postage
Wish I’d never been taken in by the false advertising
I had ordered “sets” but they arrived all piled into one box which meant I was unable to gift them. As it turned out I’m so glad I didn’t !
There were no instructions in the box at all so kids being kids started throwing them at the ceiling where they stuck fast.
Removal was by a tall person jumping …..
I’ve now been left with marks all over my newly decorated ceiling
My advice is DO NOT BUY. I’m chasing for a refund for the crap I got
No doubt this review will be followed by a 5 star one. Seems to go like that on here. But this is an honest review. I now need to get a decorator to sort the mess.

3 days later and we are still waiting for them to come down from the ceiling!!
Rubbed them on the carpet 1st and did everything we were supposed to do.
So disappointed as they were a present for my son. Bought 2 packs too. Waste of money.

False advertising, do not buy. These things don't glow in the dark and don't fall from the ceiling. They do stick fast and leave a greasy stain behind when removed. Waste of money. Big scam.

Bought 2 sets. None of them stuck to wall or lit up just rubbish

Bought for Christmas present, used on the ceiling and left marks immediately. The longer they stick, the worse it gets. Terrible product, and customer support doesn’t respond either. Be useful to include cleaning recommendations in packaging, but then they have to admit to leaving marks… so… save yourself the bother. Don’t buy them.

Another customer taken in by the social media frenzy their marketing department went on pre Xmas. Bought for my son for Xmas, he threw them at the ceiling and I’m fairly certain they’d still be there if I wasn’t so concerned about them leaving a mark (which they did). Definitely did not ‘float down’.

Absolute rubbish!!
Had to climb up to the ceiling to get them down. Threw them at the wall and they just slithered down the wall.
Total rip off.

I would give these zero stars if possible. They are nothing like they're advertised. Yes they stick to the ceiling but ours don't glow and they don't fall down as advertised. Do not waste your money. I along with my 9 year old daughter were disappointed.

They are trash, stick to the ceiling and won't come back down. They do not glow. Kids are disappointed. Was also confirmed to come for Xmas but took ages to come and just came today. £20 including delivery is absolutely nonsense. I've requested a refund. Robbers

Don’t work. Don’t waste your money.
They either don’t stick to the ceiling or won’t come down.
Trying to get a response on getting a refund on 2 of my 3 unopened packages and nothing. What a joke.

Customer service contacted me finally. After trying to trouble shoot, then offered a complete refund. Didn't have to send anything back. So updating to 2 stars due to customer service.

Bought the official ones, don’t waste your time or money nothing like the adverts 1.They don’t light up/glow 2. They just stick to the ceiling don’t come back having to collect them every time 3. They leave a horrible residue on the ceiling too. I bought these for my ADHD but probably made it worse 🤣

This product is total false advertisement. They are very thin and cheaply made. And do not stick. Total fraud.

Absolutely awful, they stick to the wall, you have to get them off by hand and they leave a big greasy mark on the wall, so disappointed with these, one of them burst on day one I feel robbed,

Ok I fell for the hype. Stupidly before reading the reviews.
The best part of these is the box. The rest is crap. As people have said, they just stick to the ceiling, don’t “float” down, don’t light up, all a load of rubbish. So basically paid a lot of money for a few balls. Absolute waste of money 👎🏻

Utterly rubbish. I always read reviews before buying such products but this time I got sucked in by the marketing. They do stick but do not come down, followed all the instructions but still nothing. Waste of money. They do not glow either and they came in plastic packaging. I knew they were too good to be true.

Absolutely rubbish, like others, i got suckered into buying these from a well executed promotional video.
Upon arrival (all the way from china, about three weeks to the uk) two boxes arrived with damaged items. As others have said, they do not glow, and they simply stick to the ceiling and so far have been there for 3 days, please do not waste your money on these, they are sold at a premium price when in reality they are worth pence. If only I’d read the trust pilot reviews before hand I wouldn’t have bothered. Luckily the customer service side of things was excellent and I was fully refunded.

Terrible product. Have been stuck to the ceiling since Christmas Day and removing them is pulling the paint off with them. Avoid at all costs

Sadly they don’t work. They stay stuck to the ceiling. Ours have been stuck to the ceiling for 3 days and counting. The hacks to make them less sticky don’t work, and either they still stick like glue or they don’t stick at all. Very disappointing.
