Gluteboost Avis 

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought $200 worth of products back in December 24 and they will not respond to any emails/messages.
Wished I would have read these comments before purchasing through them again. Can we start a class action lawsuit over this??

I just need to know did the website shut down?

I haven't received my entire order for 7-8 months. In the last two months, no one has responded to my emails or support tickets, and the site was down for two months. One of my orders was busted when it arrived. I received the order for September all the way in November. When you go on there website everythingis out of stock despite them charging for auto renewal subscriptions and since is routinely down it hard to cancel those. At this point, I have canceled and try to get refunds or ask for my full orders but the merchant has denied and ignored doing so.

I love gluteboost. Used for a couple if years. It appears that Gluteboost is out of business. I hope they comeback. Mise you Gluteboost.

I don't know what happened to Gluteboost. I have been using there products for almost 6 years. Been a loyal customer, but started running into issues in June 2024. I can't get thru to customer service and they have always responded quickly before and now I have a couple orders I paid for and been in processing for months now. Still waiting on an order from my subscription service. I've left several submissions and tried contacting them on FB and Instagram. Nothing! I will be contacting BBB, but the product is great and works well. I just want an update on my orders.

This is the WORST company. Twice I ordered from them during a “sale”. One I ordered 3 tubes and in the other case I ordered 5 tubes. In both cases I only received 1 item and one of them was damaged! I think their “sales” are an opportunity for them to extort money from people. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I bought Gluteboost for the first time on June 4,2024. Products arrived with no problem, but my second purchase was bought & paid for on July 4, 2024 & today is September 14, 2024 & I still haven’t received my bought & paid for products $126 was paid for on 7/4/2024, but my subscription account is saying it’s still processing. WHAT??? So I tried contacting them by phone that is always busy no one ever answers, nor did they answer anyone of my 4 emails & its 2 1/2 months cause, today is September 14. I don’t want their product anymore because of this & I can’t find out how to cancel my subscription. Just get me my money back please & so this company can be nothing but a faded memory for me. BBB will be my next call, if I don’t get an answer about my orders very soon

I have been using the cream off an on for a few years and I don't know what happened within the last year or so but the shipping is messed up and it would take forever to get something. Really difficult to get in touch with customer service too.

UPDATE: I ordered 3 creams when they were having a 75% off sale (maybe a red flag, something is off) and I only received 1 item after having to email them several weeks afterwards because it never shipped. I just tried to email them again and I got an auto-response saying that support@gluteboost-dot-com address could not be found. Something is definitely wrong and it sucks because the cream actually works really well!!

I put in two orders for the Quik Thick protein powder back in April 2024 and in May 2024 and never received any of them. I can’t believe this company can scam people out of their money and get away with it. I will never order from them again! This company is a SCAM!!!!

I think this company is a scam. I placed an order and it was never dispatched but they took the money right away. I have tried to contact them through the different channels but never get any response. I would recommend not buying from this company.

Worst customer service? ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered the ThickFix bundle August 6th 2024, it took nearly a month for my order to arrive, and when it did I only received the 4 OUNCE CREAM, NOT THE PROTEIN POWDER. I reached out to them via email three times and tried calling but it goes to a busy signal every time. I basically paid 70 dollars for a 4 OUNCE CREAM. After several times trying to get a hold of anyone there, I canceled my subscription, this was my first time ordering from them and it was the worst. ZERO STARS IF I COULD.

I truly love this product!! I’ve never had an issue in the past. I’ve been a loyal customer For about five years. I just recently placed the order on August 9, 2024. I have not received my order. I hope Customer Service can reach out and inform me about my order. I would highly appreciate if I can be contacted as soon as possible.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Iplaced an order and never received it! Still waiting on it. Still says pending from weeks ago. Customer service is nonresponse and the phone goes to busy tone. I even messaged them on Facebook and emailed twice- no response.

I had a subscription but one month it didn't show. I tried fetting ahold of customer service multiple ways but never heard from them. Decided I woukd stop the subscription and just buy a bulk amount during the 50% off sale. Spent over $200 and still havent received it or been able to talk to customer service. Very infuriating, because I actually really love the product.

I placed a large order a month ago and have not received my order. I have contacted the company three times with no response. Do not use, it is a con. I don’t know how to get my money back either as they won’t respond.

If could write 0 stars I will but that option is not available.this looks like a scam I placed an other since the 24th of April 2024 and is almost a month and on the tracking number I got is still saying a shipment label was created in Oklahoma City and has not received anything poorly customer satisfaction I don’t believe it takes more than a month so this a simple package even when I paid extra to get it in 3 days first time customer and will no longer buy from them again so disappointed from glute boost I though I was getting a little surprised for my wife and ended up in to a nightmare waiting on it so please answer anyone from customer service for a full refund please

My order still has not been shipped!
It has been stuck in processing for over a month now. Labeled with UPS they say they haven't received the package order. ????????

So far so good! I didn’t think the cream would make any difference or even work..Truthfully it’s been 4 days and I honestly see a difference with the way my skin is looking. I have high hopes and the packaging was so cute and personable. I am happy very happy as of now. Will continue my routine and update

My order still has not been shipped!
I have emailed multiple times. Every now and then I receive a response from Gluteboost saying so sorry we will ship asap.
And every single time they still don't ship it!
I keep emailing them and they keep promising to ship and it never ships.
It has been stuck in processing for over a month now.
I used to purchase religiously from Gluteboost, I was a repeat customer.
But this experience has been so so stressful I do not want to purchase from them again!!
As a business, if you can not perform the simple task of shipping a customer's order, then you shouldn't be in business.
This experience has been horrible!
