Excellent customer service
Had a problem with a pair of shoes that I’d recently purchased.
They replied to my message on a Saturday evening, again on Sunday, and my replacement shoes were with me by Tuesday. Can’t ask for better customer service than that.

The customer service guy who I spoke to twice, once about sizing and the second about a delivery address change was so helpful. I want to buy another pair because the company put service first.
