We would like to clarify that we are a vehicle recovery and roadside assistance company, not an auto electrical business. We did not carry out any electrical repairs on your vehicle.
At your request, we simply recommended an independent auto electrician who we believed may be able to assist. The electrician attended, completed the work, and once you were satisfied, you made payment directly to them. As there was no contract between yourself and our company for the electrical work, we are not responsible for the quality or outcome of those repairs.
If you have any concerns regarding the workmanship or charges for the electrical repair, these should be raised directly with the electrician who carried out the work.
We are always happy to assist with vehicle recovery and breakdown services and wish you all the best in resolving this matter.

The driver was on time very prompt and extremely polite and helpful. He safely secured me and my van. From start to finish. I had called my own insurance company RAC but they were taking too long.3-6 hours. Had a long day at work. Called this company less than an hour. My suggestion is to call this company directly. Could not ask for a better service. Thank you so much

Amir was great
