I requested a Named Driver Experience…
I requested a Named Driver Experience Letter on 17th Sept and it took GMIB 13 days to furnish this letter, I have now requested another Named Driver Experience Letter (for a different year/insurance provider) and I have been waiting 12 days and counting which is utterly unacceptable customer service and lead time. A very frustrating experience with GMIB!
