Basically they stole my money. They sent me the wrong part and when I went to return it they denied my right to return. They claimed I had to have the original label which was affixed to the plastic bubble wrap. To get that wrap off the label was destroyed. I found that the color was incorrect and they refused to accept the return. Basically they stole my money by providing the wrong part. Don'
t do business with these crooks.

Stay away terrible company i ordered some parts later figured the car got mis diagnosed and did not need one of the parts anymore contacted them before the part got picked up by USPS on their end to stop the shipment oh well waited to recieve and do a turnaround and return in original box it got delivered in took pictures of the packaging and the second box inside with minor tear in the cardboard and shipped it back shipping itself on the way to me $191 shipping back $118 part is a torque converter solid metal double boxed with bubble wrap in between the 2 . Denying a return due to damage not providing pictures or proof of damage even if they do they will intentionally damage it to take a picture. Stay away.

Terrible customer service. Sent wrong item & would not accept return. Would not provide management contact info to make a complaint. Don’t do business with them

Send you damaged parts then make nothing but excuses. No refund no return stating machine shop damaged the part!

Beware of this seller! You cannot trust the pictures on their site or their recommendations based on your VIN!
I ordered a GM 22778075 Block Asm-Body Wiring Harness Junction for my Van after their site said based on my VIN was the correct part. Also based on the picture on their site, looked correct. When I got the part several seeks later it did not look at all like the picture on their site and was much smaller than the one in their picture. I contacted them telling them of the mistake and they told me to bad its is electrical and they do not take back or exchange electrical items. By the way I sent them pictures showing the part was still in its original plastic packaging.

Failed in less that 60 days and screwed up my A/C/ compressor and they wont replace the belt prior to a return leaving me with nothing and stopped responding when I asked for a resolution. Their warranty dept is trash.

Ordered an ignition lock cylinder for a 1994 Honda Accord. I was sent an ignition lock cylinder for a 1992-1993 Accord. It does not fit a 1994 Accord With their no return policy they can send you anything and you are stuck with it. I would not recommend doing business with auto parts prime.

They dont allow to return nothing ..now they don't care they know about bad reviews

For my order of many Ford items, one was the wrong part which was refunded promptly, but I then returned another part (not needed) after approval. Ater 6 weeks and several phone calls I have not received a refund and get the runaround. Their return policy states "6. When will I receive a refund or replacement? If the returned part(s) passes inspection, refunds will be issued within 5 business days after the return delivery date." BUT DON'T BELIEVE IT!

Ordered suspension parts,had in stock they say,took them three days to fill order then still waiting on parts as i'm writing this.Paid for overnight shipping and we are going on 5 days,they're telling me the shipping is when its actually shipped which is now being delayed by fedex.They say absolutely no refunds on overnight as the shipping industry is fragile?Why not communicate with customer before purchace is final!?

Very bad company, Accidentally ordered the wrong part, did not remove the part from the package, and returning the part was denied due to the door lock actuator is considered an electrical part, and is non refundable. The original door actuator I am replacing has no electrical plug on it, the new part was revised and had an electrical plug added, which I don't need anyway. So technically they sent me the incorrect part, my part has no electrical, the one they sent me does. thief's, crooks don't order here.

Scam Company.
We ordered a windshield wiper arm as a replacement. After ordering, we didn't need the part only the blade. We filed a return claim and was given RA authorization to return the item. The package was fully sealed, never opened and returned in the original package. The company now refuses to give a refund because the manufacturer label is missing. Package was returned exactly as received.

spoke with Elliot confirmed part was ready and in stock, but must create account and order on line, received order conformation with in minutes. Next day order was voided part discontinued for years, very dishonest, this site is a scam!

This is not a company this is a drop ship dealer. They take 0 accountability for anything. People need to understand how this company works in order to understand why you should not order from them. They negotiate a major discount from legitimate dealerships. You purchase an item, then they purchase that item at a discount from the dealer and have them ship it to you directly. If there is an issue it has to go through 3 middle men all pointing fingers at each other. So if a part comes damaged they will blame the shipper, the shipper will blame the dealership and this will go around in circles as you sit with your broken part. It's a brilliant business model but ultimately screws the consumer.

I purchased a rear axle shaft assembly for my Nissan xterra from NissanPartsDeal.com. The package was heavily damaged during the shipping with the shaft assembly punched holes through the box and dropped out. When I received my order I saw two lug bolts was missing so I asked for the replacement, but they refused to send me the missing bolts. From now on I will never buy anything from NissanPartsDeal.com they have very poor customer services.

Very terrible service. Sent a totally different item from what was ordered and are refusing to refund payment. Terrible customer service. Will definitely not advise any one to order parts from them.

As others have found, this company is sneaky. I ordered some Infiniti parts, only to be hit-up for an additional $95+ for shipping.

I ordered a part based on their online advertised pricing. They took my money, then told me they required more money to complete processing my order.
On September 8, 2019 I ordered a part from Auto Parts Prime DBA Infiniti Parts Deal. The part was listed at $17.26. Sales Order number XXXXX. I paid via paypal and my account was charged a total of $26.29 after taxes and shipping expenses. The following day September 9, 2019 I received an email stating that the part I ordered and paid for had increased in cost and they required an additional $8.43 to process the order I had already paid for online based on their advertised price. When I contacted customer service they told me they could not honor that pricing based on their terms and conditions in their sales agreement. This practice is 100% illegal.Truly a classic bait and switch.

I love this site so much! The wheels packed very well and with care, each rim had its' own soft net covering and were shipped in very strong boxes. Delivery was speedy.
