Complete rip off
Complete rip off. The guide that was paid for was non-existent, period. Despite the fact that we provided proof of purchase, and reminding them it was clearly stated in big, bold capital letters, "NEVER" referring to any expiration date, the product did in fact EXPIRE, stemming from a hollow guarantee stating otherwise. A unique selling point that was strategically chosen to be ignored when that particular feature was brought up to the business's key representative upon inquiry. And as one complaint read, they apparently do not own up to their mistakes, as made evident in this particular case as well.. What they do, however, is offer flimsy excuses, even indicating that whatever went wrong, the blame rests on you. In addition, you are asked to pay MORE money into what you've already purchased, at a discount, as evident in one of their replies to another fairly dissatisfied customer. Why would anybody shell out more dollars for something they've already paid for but didn't get to utilize.... because guess what ?? Despite that it read "NEVER" to any expiration date, it EXPIRED. When we wrote back, stating our case, they immediately blamed us for not downloading the file upon receipt of purchase. Not even an offer of a refund had been given either, assuming that the file no longer exists. Bye-bye money, as "Go Explore Panama" Will now get a little bigger with a $50 dinner on us! I strongly advise before spending a hundred or a thousand plus dollars investing your trust with this company, and after looking over some of the other experiences and complaints from other testimonials, to not place your trust in the business ethics of this company and it's individuals' representatives. At best, they under-deliver, should they bother to do so at all.
