Great service from agreement from my insurers to their recommendation that Go Smart Repair would be used. Go Smart Repair contacted me same day and made an appointment for the work to be carried. Mick Shelly called the day before to confirm and on his way in the morning ing. Mick was on time, very polite and explained the work that would be carried out before starting. Work done was excellent with no trace of the damage. Very please with the outcome and would definitely recommend both Go Smart Repair and Mick Shelly. Thank you

Rhys Wake has just completed a repair on my car. He kept me informed of his estimated arrival time, even messaging the day before and arrived promptly. He is a very likeable, friendly and knowledgeable guy.
Whilst I had hoped that the ding in my car could be removed without any paint required, it was not to be. I have to admit I was dreading going out to see the repair having heard the sanding and spraying that was required. I stepped outside and was absolutely delighted with the result. Thank you so much Rhys, for doing such a great job on my pride and joy!

Grant arrived promptly, was very efficient and got the repair done extremely quickly but thoroughly, cold not fault his work!

Due to an issue with the paint colour altogether was quite a long time getting the repair completed: over two months from the first booking. Having said that this wasn’t the fault of Richard Barber the technician. He was very efficient, professional and friendly and I am very pleased with the finish achieved . Richard is an excellent communicator, carefully explained everything involved in the repair.
Harry in the booking office was very efficient and got back to me promptly and politely concerning the final repair.

Mick was very professional and got the job done quickly, and his work is top class. Really happy with the repair and the finished appearance. Next time I need a repair done, I’ll ask for them to send Mick again.

Second time I have had to call on Grant to come repair some new damage to the car’s paintwork. As per normal really happy with the result and Grant’s friendly manner.
