The paper was the right size but the little ink cartridge is wrong. We were unable to use it for the wedding. Bad service on us to them and you guys to me.

What made my experience great was the representative Summer. This person went above and beyond to ensure we got the equipment before the date needed even with unexpected delays to impact date of arrival and communication was excellent. Also, product was setup tested and worked without any issues.

I ordered a x5 didnt get it was contacted for about 48 hours with the back and forth of a date was told they didnt have one but had a y5 sent more money spent more on adds for something different then yall tried sending the first one its been the worst business deall ever

Sorry, the USA stocks are not stable in these 2 weeks, since the tax is increasing a lot. The stock goods are sold out very quickly. There may still be stock in the morning, yet it sells out in the afternoon.
The one you ordered has sold out from our USA warehouse since you placed the order. The new stocks are still on the way. But we are ok to ship it from our factory warehouse to you, it will be the same price, yet it takes a few days longer on the way to you.
We provide one-by-one service, in case will not influence your events, which is why our salesperson contacted you to confirm whether it is ok to ship from our factory warehouse.

Not the best quality in my opinion
So I've seen good reviews and decided to buy this photo booth . Unfortunately I personally would have returned it if i could. Ive had better ones from Amazon. Assembling it was hard since I didn't get instructions. The material I felt was poor quality. The lighting I wish it could have been a bit brighter and I could move around the top, where the iPad is at. Now I just have to work with what I have and make my money back. Would recommend an amazon photo-booth, would have saved $250 . Ruby overall was so helpful . If she didn't help me through this process I would have been so lost. She was an amazing help and im happy she helped me through it.

Ordered one of their 360 photobooths…
Ordered one of their 360 photobooths and its been one of the best experiences i have ever had.
Their sales representative called Ruby was there for me throughout the process,from product demos through video calls,payment and shipping all the way to Kenya.
I received the item yesterday as agreed and i am marveled by the quality of their 360 booths.

Customer service, email replies and No one to answer phones or answer voicemails.
I have been trying to get customer service for 5 consecutive days. Left voicemails and numerous emails. I am ready to purchase several 360 photo booths with other accessories.
I have questions regarding the equipment before purchasing. UUUGGGHHHHHHH The website says that they have 24/7 customer support. Where is it??? I definitely haven't seen it.
I was asked for more details. Not sure how much more I can give except that I used all possible website contact us information. I even went to the instagram website only to be told that they work with other aspects of the equipment not the sales part and directed me back to the website
I made phone calls to the number for North Carolina number and the California number and received that same voice mail recording. And left voicemails each time. I am sure that my review will be unanswered
