The paper was the right size but the little ink cartridge is wrong. We were unable to use it for the wedding. Bad service on us to them and you guys to me.

What made my experience great was the representative Summer. This person went above and beyond to ensure we got the equipment before the date needed even with unexpected delays to impact date of arrival and communication was excellent. Also, product was setup tested and worked without any issues.
Ruby was fantastic at the support service. Answering all my questions and helping me with the delivery.
After two years of research, I finally found a photo company that checks every box for my business needs. Their equipment reflects outstanding craftsmanship, and their performance has proven to be consistently reliable. Best of all, their photo booth options are more affordable than most competitors. I worked with Issy, who delivered exceptional customer service both during and after my purchase. I chose the A3 iPad Photo Booth with Head Tilt, and I’m already planning to invest in more of their equipment to support my growing business.
I ordered a x5 didnt get it was contacted for about 48 hours with the back and forth of a date was told they didnt have one but had a y5 sent more money spent more on adds for something different then yall tried sending the first one its been the worst business deall ever

So I've seen good reviews and decided to buy this photo booth . Unfortunately I personally would have returned it if i could. Ive had better ones from Amazon. Assembling it was hard since I didn't get instructions. The material I felt was poor quality. The lighting I wish it could have been a bit brighter and I could move around the top, where the iPad is at. Now I just have to work with what I have and make my money back. Would recommend an amazon photo-booth, would have saved $250 . Ruby overall was so helpful . If she didn't help me through this process I would have been so lost. She was an amazing help and im happy she helped me through it.

This company is has Great Customer Service! They are very quickly responsive to your questions, and I will be doing business with them again in the future!
Ordered one of their 360 photobooths and its been one of the best experiences i have ever had.
Their sales representative called Ruby was there for me throughout the process,from product demos through video calls,payment and shipping all the way to Kenya.
I received the item yesterday as agreed and i am marveled by the quality of their 360 booths.
Quality service,Quality products!
Customer service was a little slow but they got everything rectified as needed.

I have been trying to get customer service for 5 consecutive days. Left voicemails and numerous emails. I am ready to purchase several 360 photo booths with other accessories.
I have questions regarding the equipment before purchasing. UUUGGGHHHHHHH The website says that they have 24/7 customer support. Where is it??? I definitely haven't seen it.
I was asked for more details. Not sure how much more I can give except that I used all possible website contact us information. I even went to the instagram website only to be told that they work with other aspects of the equipment not the sales part and directed me back to the website
I made phone calls to the number for North Carolina number and the California number and received that same voice mail recording. And left voicemails each time. I am sure that my review will be unanswered
