Great service, one set of items was not included and a replacement was organized straight away. Grade 1 condition items were almost as new, very happy.
Took payment for boots that weren't in stock. paid extra for next day delivery, heard nothing then suddenly got a refund. If I'd received a better apology other than a half hearted sorry I wouldn't be... Voir plus

Placed an order for an Austrian Alpine…
Placed an order for an Austrian Alpine jumper paid for the overnight delivery as it was needed to go offshore with . It did not turn up until two days later after paying an extremely expensive postage . I sent the item back for a refund. Got money back for the jumper but no postage as you have to read all the terms and conditions of the postage contract . So be careful when asking for next day delivery you will not get any refund on postage … Just one other thing I would like to to add if you order a size 40 inch chest in this jumper the armpits hang down to the waist it would look absolutely stupid on anyone who was a normal build the armpits would only fit a full size Gorilla.

Hi Steven; I do appreciate your frustration in not getting the ordered item in the required time, the item was ordered from us on 5 February 2024 at 12:04 and dispatched the same day thru FedEX a world leader in logistics, at a very reasonable charge of £5.99, it seems unfair to put blame on us, as we currently do not own the company in question. In respect of the Austrian jumper I will pass your comments on to the Austrian Military and ask them to stop using monkeys as service personnel.
Excellent for a grade one item
Bought a British Army bergen grade 1. Ordered it at 12.00 and was delivered for 9am the next day, brilliant. Item was in excellent condition, it did have a little white mould inside, it had obviously been packed at some stage slightly damp, but a quick 2 mins wash and all sorted. Very pleased.

Very high quality Army issue seconds
Great website, much higher quality gear than expected. Super fast delivery. Whats more to want? The coolmax tops are triple stitched and feel better quality than my Nike running top. Been on the slopes in the army thermals, base and mid layers. Both outperform my branded ski shop gear significantly. Super cheap too. Bates boots an absolute bargain. Will be back for waterproofs for next hiking trip and camping gear!

Terrible quality overpriced
I ordered a Dutch Bergen what arrived was something found in a skip the lining was peeling off because it was rotten there was evidence of black mould and the Bergen was in unusable rag order. This Bergen is in such disgusting condition I wear gloves to touch it and to be honest I don't want it in the house it's that bad. This was also so overpriced it was ridiculous.
Buy from elsewhere.

Quality and speedy delivery
The Ruck Sac (a British army MPC Bergen)is in grade 1 condition, it is well made and very robust. The delivery really impressed me, 5 days from the order to receipt, including Christmas day and Boxing day from your store to western Canada. I am very pleased. Well done you!!
