Bad Luck
New here, thought id give it a go. Multiple deposits not amounting to anything close to significant as the wagering would barely scrape 2x my total deposits. I dont expect to win but I do expect a bit more game play to be honest. The slot variance was way off what im used to elsewhere. Not sure ill be back.

Hello,
Thanks for giving us a try and for taking the time to leave feedback.
We completely understand how frustrating short sessions can feel, especially when gameplay doesn’t last as long as expected. All of our slots are set to the highest RTP versions available from each provider, and outcomes are fully determined by the game providers themselves. RTP is calculated over an extremely large number of spins, so individual sessions can unfortunately still swing either way due to variance.
While we can’t influence results or payouts, we do hope future sessions are more enjoyable and better reflect the experience you’re used to. If you do decide to give us another shot, we’d be happy to have you back.
Wishing you better luck next time.
Kind regards,

Great experience
They are a great company, they try to be as transparent as possible, and their support is very fast and effective. Specifically, Alexis helped me today with questions regarding their airdrop and lottery system. On top of that, their native token GOATED withdraw fee is under a dollar, where competitors take $10+. The withdraws are literally instant too, do the 2fa and its in your wallet. My only slight issue so far was they only made public that 10 airdrop points = 1 token a few months prior to the airdrop, where prior the expectation was 1:1.

Hello,
Lossback is calculated based on your activity since your last claim. If the amount received was smaller than expected, it means that during this period you haven’t been in a significant negative position.

Goated use to be a standout casino with…
Goated use to be a standout casino with perks such as advancing every possible bonus available on demand. Nowadays they offer loans that use weekly and monthly bonuses as collateral.
I stopped playing on Goated for a good 6 months and came back to give it another shot just last week. Had a million wagered in 2 days, maxed out my loans. Fine no problem. I accepted that they’d garnish my weekly/monthly bonuses when disbursed. What really sealed the deal for me is I asked for one of the representatives in my vip chat to credit my top monthly and partial bonus early. They declined, saying Goated has changed their policy on giving partial level up bonuses until the Emerald tier and so forth. I shrugged that off, and asked for the top monthly. The representative said “we don’t give the top goated to anyone early.” I went ahead and gave them evidence that I indeed have been granted said bonus early. Her response was we can talk to the individual that issued that bonus. No apology, nothing. Held strong thinking she was right.
Aside from this Goated has fair gameplay. The reason this review is getting one star is that websites, especially gambling ones run on proper human etiquette and of course bonuses. I might not be entitled to the bonus, but unprofessional agents that try justifying themselves with handbook instructions are key to failure.

Hello,
We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.
Our new bonus structure was introduced to work more effectively alongside the loan system - this allows players the flexibility to repay loans and still receive their rewards. Under the previous system, early bonus requests would forfeit any future wager contributions, which created limitations we aimed to resolve.
Even if an early Top Monthly bonus had been possible, any active loan balance would have automatically directed the credited amount toward repayment rather than as a payout to the player.
We do value your review and understand your frustration with the changes. Your feedback will be shared with our team as we continue improving both our systems and the overall player experience.

Goated.com
Goated.com Has The Most flexible and profitable VIP system
Goated.com has hands down the highest paying VIP system as well as the most novel. You can claim your weekly/monthly early if you want, or even borrow from future accrued bonus funds. You can even take out portions of your level up bonus whenever you want at any rate you want. Show me any other casino that grants that sort of bonus flexibility. Most of them only let you have small portions at a time so your bankroll is never enough to do anything substantial. Goated isn't like that. Your bonus money is yours, and you can do with it what you please. On top of that the roll speed on their original games is top notch, and they have all of the Live games/big name providers you would expect from a top tier Casino.

We’d like to clarify that we have no control over payouts or individual outcomes on any slot. All of our games are provided by licensed third-party providers, and the RTP is calculated over hundreds of millions of spins. This means results are entirely random and cannot be influenced by us in any way.

Good site if your a bad gambler.
I would give 5 star easy if they didn't lock you for 5-10mins when you do 0 bets too long. Min bets are also significantly higher than places like stake. It seems they only want high rollers and losing players at goated, looks like they wont transfer vip either unless you have 100k+ wager on another site. The methods I use to have success on stake does not work here because min bet is like 100x stakes min bet on originals and they do not let you 0 bet for long. Such a shame because the site actually has great potential and I would love to switch over to goated permanently if they ever change min bet way lower, even wolfbet lets you bet 0.00000001 LTC. Many "smarter" players use 0 betting to decide when they want to bet. I guess we are not welcome here. Would happily change my review if things change.
