Website, communications, customer service, quality of produce, TOP Class…

Now I am not one to dish out reviews and complaints. But honestly, the service I received from GoAutographs is at a level I have never experienced.

1) I found the autograph from a simple google search.
2) The autograph was exactly what I was after
3) Ordering was so easy and secure
4) Tracker emails up to postage to shipped status. There was only option for Airmail for me.

I waited over a week, website does state clearly expect 10working day, but I hadn’t heard anything. So I dropped customer care an email, stating a big asked for the status of my delivery. Now, not to exaggerate, I nearly feel off my chair with the prompt email response. I have never received a professional, informative but friendly response, that contained tracker number, where it was posted from, current location, estimated delivery time, and a promise that Julia would track my delivery personally.

1 days later, a stiff, professional packaged, clean, unfolded mint autograph arrived with certificate of authenticity.

To say I’m over the moon with my order and experience is again an understatement.

I was not very fond of the idea of buying an autograph online, but my friend suggested Goautographs to me, so I thought let’s give it a shot. I went to have my photograph authenticated and they said it’s legit.

I ordered an autographed photo for a friends birthday, and it arrived just in time and looks identical to the image shown on their web page.

Overall I’m pleased, and the only reason I’m not giving a full 5 Stars is because the prices are a bit on the higher side.

The customer service is the best I have…

The customer service is the best I have ever encountered. Sadly my item was lost in the mail, but marked delivered. So even though shipping was insured, the "delivered" status negated that.
They helped me track it from Madrid to Staten Island to Georgia to who knows where.
In the end they offered me a replacement, store credit, or a refund, even though it was a loss for them.
I cannot stress enough how helpful and caring they are to their customers.

USPS is normally very efficient, 99% of the times and they hardly ever lose a package or misdeliver. We were very upset to see this happening to you.
For two important reasons: first, you needed your merchandise for a special gift and second, this was your first time buying in our store and this is not the best thing that can happen to a new customer.

We can't thank you enough for the effort you made to locate your shipment from your end. You were very helpful and kind, more than most.

I needed some assistance with shipping…

I needed some assistance with shipping and Julia was exceptional at providing help. I knew it was happening the whole time and got my delivery. The item was packaged incredibly well and I was very happy with the entire process. This is the second time I've ordered from them and would continue to order from them again.

Great customer service experience

I purchased an autographed poster as a gift for my husband. I'll admit that I did not thoroughly review where the item was shipping from and discovered it was coming from Spain. The customer service provided was top tier, efficient, constructive and I was able to receive the parcel without issue in spite of my own error on shipping address. The item was authenticated and securely shipped. Very impressed with the level of customer service and felt like the individual genuinely was there to help me locate the parcel.

GoAutographs really made my day with their great packing!

I was looking for a particular signed photo that I had previously bought from another dealer online and it arrived damaged. Fortunately GoAutographs had an identical one in stock for a very reasonable price. However I was concerned about this one getting damaged as well, so I emailed Customer Service and asked them specifics about their packing, and within a very short time got a nice reply from Julia who assured me that the photo would be packed very very securely. I placed the order and the photo arrived about a week later, encased in a stiff envelope, Styrofoam backing, cardboard and a plastic page protector. Plus it was hand-delivered, signature-required, by Fed Ex I believe. Obviously GoAutographs took great care in shipping and handling this item. It's a gorgeous photo and larger than the typical North American 8 1/2" x 11", which was a very nice surprise.
GoAutographs has my very highest recommendation. Needless to say I'm very pleased and will continue to peruse their stock in the future for signed photos that I can't live without.

Highly recommended

Gotta be cautious online these days more than ever, I am a collector, so I kind of know where to look for the good stuff. I’ve heard about GoAutographs before, and although a bit skeptical at first, I am glad to say the poster I had purchased came back yesterday from my trusted Authenticator, and it is in fact authentic.

As to delivery time, I’ve got nothing to complain there, everything was in order
