I bought a spindle sander but they sent the wrong sized nut. i wrote to them. they said they would resend. nothing. i wrote to them again and again and again. still nothing. shonky as f. in the end i bought a new nut from "Bolts and Nuts". why all the lies and bs. AVOID. you have been warned.

I sent them like 4 emails complaining. Standard, we will be in touch reply. Even the reply they left on here saying they will be in touch was FALSE. They have not tried to communicate.

Already using it in the garage. The barrel plug fits tighter than the loose one I had before, and that mattered more than I expected. Cord is a bit stiff right out of the box, but it charges my 12V pack without the flaky disconnects my last cheap charger kept doing.

The actual grip has this dense, heavy feel which I didn't expect for something this size—reminds me why I skipped the plastic ones last time.

put the saw up after trimming the old walnut tree. the grip has this textured thing that’s surprisingly comfy, holds firm even when i was sweaty, better than the flimsy ones i got from local hardware shop. blade weight feels balanced, cuts clean, not much vibration.

Doubled my order and charged me twice. Goods have never arrived. Won't respond to emails

While the order came quickly, the quality just wasn't there for all the products I purchased. Within two washings, two pairs of socks had holes where they are sewn together at the toe.
