The experience with GobyMeds was great but meds are shipped could be better
The experience with GobyMeds was great. I would just look into how the pharmacies are shipping their medication because even with the goals being in an insulated thermos with ice packs it’s still all arrived room temperature. If I was new to using this company or this type of medication, I would have had much more concerns.

Completely Disappointed- update
BEWARE of long lead times if you need your prescription quickly. My last order with Goby has already taken twice as long as other orders, and I still don't have my prescription! I'm on day 10 and still waiting, as I just received another notification that my shipment has been delayed again. To make matters worse, I've left messages with Goby support (you cannot call them, you can only message them) and they still have not answered me after 2 days of waiting.
Update: after this review Goby reached out via email about the order. They are working toward a resolution.

I was impressed by short the time it took to review and process my order. The doctor was also very thorough in explaining my dose. When I received my medicine the package had an ice pack and the vials were in a travel case with extra cold packs.

Super easy to use their website. I did a lot of research before choosing Gobymeds. Ordered on Sunday and got my medication on Wednesday. Everything came cold and packed well. This was my first order so hopefully it continues for any additional medication.
