Easy to navigate website was helpful
Easy to navigate website was helpful. I was able to determine the upfront cost without having to spend alot of time inputting personal information. Great communication once I put in an order. Medication arrived 5 days after I ordered it. The price was not the cheapest in comparison to other companies, but very competitive.

Maybe use another company…
So this company is making me question if I made a good decision using them. On all the paperwork it says the medication must remain cold. They send it with an ice pack however if it shows up late and is hot they say the medication is still good…?! How is that… which one is it?

I just want to take some time to clarify some of this information for you. Our pharmacies ship medications with a complimentary ice pack to keep your medication at a stable temperature for as long as possible. With that being said, this ice pack is complimentary and not needed as our pharmacies state that the efficacy of the medication remains stable for multiple days over 100°+. It is true that the medication does need to be refrigerated for long-term use, but for shipping purposes, it is perfectly fine if your medication arrived warm with a melted ice pack.

Very good experience on first order!
The doctor responded very quickly to my questions through the patient portal! The only thing I wish was included in the package was a physical print-off of the instructions for dosages for each week. I could find this info in the patient portal, but it meant I have to scroll all the way back to the top of our messages to review what dose I should be taking on which week. Other than that, my experience has been great but this is only my first order so far.
