Meat is always amazing. The lady that arranges delivery and the delivery driver are both incredibly friendly. Really good quality meat and at a decent price.

External packaging was most inadequate, basically an old cardboard box with sellotape & half opened when received due to the melting ice pack inside!
The rib eye was delicious, the sirloin was as tough as old boots. Both had wonderful aroma & taste but so sorry the sirloin went into the bin as far too tough to masticate! Rather disappointing to say the least.

Meat is very good but they seem to send you what they want, and don't respond to emails when you flag the issue. Delivery process is a bit of a pain as well.

Ordered rump joint, they sent picanha. Ordered hanger steak, they sent skirt (all listed separately on the website). I emailed them about it and just never received a response. I enjoyed what they sent, but you'd expect to be sent what you order.

Their online ordering system is a bit of a pain as well. Can't select a delivery day - they ring you to organise, but if you're busy and they ask you to ring them back it's a bit hit and miss whether anyone is there. Took a couple of days after ordering to actually confirm a delivery date.

Quality products and was enjoyed by all the family and friends and well packaged had wanted to try for a while and was definitely pleased with the order. Always good when everyone is asking you where you've had the meat from, willl certainly be ordering from again.

Good value, delivered quickly and on time. Great customer service. My only moan is I can't add cakes to my order, I love the scones. 🙂
