Gofloorit Avis

I can recommend this company for being able to fit our bathroom floor at short notice. The choice was good and the service was friendly and helpful.
Jo the fitter had a tricky job given the old floor was stuck fast but he found a solution and it looks great.

Richard was helpful and knowledgeable about the products he was selling. He helped me choose the best flooring for my kitchen after another tradesman made a bad job of things. The fitters were friendly, professional and did a brilliant job. Would definitely recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Friendly helpful service from start to finish. Advised me on the most suitable products for my home and needs. Fitters polite, friendly and got the job done efficiently and with great care. I am extremely pleased with my new carpets, just what I wanted.

Excellent service from start to finish. From the initial consultation, Richard was extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to survey the work properly, provided a clear and competitive quotation, and explained everything thoroughly. Once we accepted the quote, Richard kept us regularly updated throughout the process, which gave us complete confidence that everything was being handled properly.
Joe and Louis were absolutely fantastic. They are highly skilled, hardworking and clearly take great pride in what they do. They arrived when expected, worked efficiently and professionally, and paid great attention to detail. The quality of their fitting was outstanding, and the finished result has exceeded our expectations.
The whole experience with Go Floor It has been exceptional. From the initial quotation right through to completion, everyone was friendly, reliable, professional and respectful of our home. It is genuinely the best experience we have ever had with tradesmen, and we would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Go Floor It and their excellent fitting team to anyone looking for a professional flooring service.
A huge thank you to Richard, Joe and Louis for doing such an amazing job. We couldn't be happier with the finished result!

Excellent service from start to finish. Richard carried out the initial quote and survey and was knowledgeable and helpful throughout. Adam, Stephen and the rest of the team were fantastic during the week-long installation – efficient, friendly, tidy and very respectful of our home.

The finished result looks superb and we absolutely love our new LVT flooring. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Go Floor It.

Not only Premium Quality Carpets, but truly amazing experience, fantastic Customer service, extremely knowledgeable, helpful, economical and when the fitters arrived, they couldn't have been more helpful, civil and polite.

Good to know a quality product and service are still available !!

Unfortunately I suffered a flood at my Grade 2 listed property which had a catastrophic effect on my lounge and dining room. I have used Gofloorit some years ago (formerly Gowlings) and was delighted then with the Company so choosing another carpet showroom was not an option for me. Richard attended promptly to provide a quotation for NFU my insurers. Great advice was provided by Nick in the showroom regarding a replacement carpet. I am truly delighted with the product / service levels throughout and attention to detail by the fitters. All in all 100% would return again and recommend to friends and family.

The process for selecting and purchasing stair and bedroom carpets was so easy. Richard facilitated this with his knowledge and experience.
The carpets were fitted by two excellent fitters who were totally professional in their approach and manner.
The whole exercise was seamless from start to finish and we would wholeheartedly recommend Gofloorit to anyone wishing to purchase a carpet locally.

Excellent service from start to finish, initially called into the show room with measurements for a quote to Richard popping around to check them and Kyle completed the fitting within a week.
Excellent communication and a great company to deal with.
I would highly recommend for your next flooring project

Excellent, informative service at the local showroom, lots of choice, good prices, measuring and fitting arranged in good time and the end result is very pleasing. The carpet fitting team were polite, efficient and have done a superb job.

Richard was incredibly patient throughout the whole process. I changed my mind on the carpet a couple of times, and my house purchase kept being delayed, so we had to keep coordinating the fitting around my completion date and my furniture being delivered from storage. Richard was always happy to check the fitters’ availability and do everything he could to accommodate my changing plans.
I’m really pleased with the carpet, and the fitters were friendly, professional, and did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend Richard for anyone needing a new carpet

The experience in the shop with Richard and Nick was brilliant. They helped us to choose the best flooring. It is amazing. The flooring was laid yesterday and today in both our bathrooms by Paul who did an amazing job. Would definitely recommend for excellent customer service and quality of fitting service.

Excellent service, friendly, competitive and very good installation service. Couldn't be any happier and fully recommend to other people.

First time I have purchased from Gofloorit, I certainly will use them again. From purchase to fitting it was a very positive experience.

Truly lovely people to deal with from the order process to the fitters coming, I can't fault these guys at all (I'm usually one to nick pick too!)

Very good service from Richard at GoFloorit and the fitter who did an excellent job. It looks even better than expected.

Very helpful and professional service

Couldn't be happier with the friendly and helpful service. I visited the shop initially for ideas and inspiration for new carpets in my lounge, dining room, stairs and landing. Richard was so very helpful and informative and spent a lot of time explaining what sort of carpet would be best for me. He subsequently visited me bringing along a large amount of samples which he left with me. He measured up and I told him that since speaking to him the first time, I had decided I wanted to replace the flooring in my en-suite so he measured that too and provided me with different quotes for different types of flooring. I then called back into the shop and saw Nick who was also very helpful and helped me make my choices. The carpets and flooring were then scheduled in for fitting very quickly and the guys who did the work were fabulous and worked very hard indeed. I am so very pleased with the results and very pleased that I chose Go Floor It as I received exceptional service - very friendly, very helpful with that "personal" touch which is very important.

Highly recommended!

Prompt good service and friendly and competent staff. The recommended fitter was on time and did an excellent and quick job.
