We moved to Goflow from ShipStation and since this change occurred, we have more transparency in our reporting and profitability, amongst other things.
I am personally pointing out the reporting because we have a lot of different sales channels connected to Goflow and it is VERY clear to see what the sales channel is. The reporting is also very good and so customizable.

We find the platform extremely user-friendly and its functionality meets the needs of our business. Their customer support team is generally very responsive, replying to our emails or tickets within 24 hours or typically less. My team finds the order screen easy to navigate and loves the fact we can import shipment data to fulfill orders and provide tracking to partners. My favorite part about the platform is it's seamless product setup and management processes, using import templates you can customize upon download. Having a catalog with 1000's of SKUs can be daunting but it has been easy to import the product data and share with our partners as needed. I would gladly utilize GoFlow for more partners in the future as the opportunity arises.
