I loved using this Site because it was easy to follow and gives helpful information. My negative is that when you try to book an early appointment it did not have the airport listed.

Several days AFTER I paid Go Global…

Several days AFTER I paid Go Global Entry , I emailed you several times to CANCEL my payment as for some strange reason, I received my Global Entry card. You did NOT reimburse my cc. This is very unprofessional to completely ignore my request!

I sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding and any frustration this situation has caused. We value our customers' time and absolutely did not mean to ignore your requests.

To clear up the confusion, our records show that we received your messages and sent replies to each of your emails on May 11th and May 21st. Because you didn't receive them, it is highly possible that our responses unfortunately ended up in your spam or junk folder.

Regarding your reimbursement, a full refund was processed via Stripe back on May 11th. By this time, that credit should be fully processed and visible on your original payment method's statement.

Cannot get spots anywhere close to my home , it’s very difficult to get spots , and to drive 1 1/2 hrs to an interview is insane !
But I have no choice !

It’s a totally inappropriate situation , we should be able to do this locally or at the local airport !

So far This product not proven terribly helpful. I get the email immediate click the link to schedule and it just take me to the .gov site to schedule an appointment. I have never found an actual available appointment on the day the alert indicated

There is NO ONE you can talk to if you…

There is NO ONE you can talk to if you have barriers or challenges to getting your application completed. I ran into an issue because the application kept stating my passport didn’t match with the TSA number I entered. I left emails, called the phone number listed — no response. You know who helped me? The Security Guard. I drove all the way to a local office hoping someone would help me and it was the security guard. Your offices are so concerned with blocking people without an appointment that you completely fail to help people like myself who could use some general support. I wish I paid my application fee directly to the security guard because your website and offices were of no help at all.

I'm really sorry you had such a frustrating experience - that sounds very stressful, and I can understand the frustration of not getting a callback when you needed help.

I do want to clarify one thing: Go Global Entry isn't affiliated with CBP or the Global Entry program. We're an independent service that just sends notifications when earlier interview appointments open up. Your application fee went directly to CBP, and they're the only ones who can help with application issues like the passport/TSA mismatch you ran into.

If something on our notification side didn't work as expected, please reach out and I'll personally take a look. Hope you get this sorted soon.

At least 90% of the appointments that I…

At least 90% of the appointments that I received from you were within about 10- 30 minutes for the appointment time. I live 45 minutes away (without any traffic) from the closest airport that has Global Entry appointments. So your service was not helpful at all to me.
