Gogoalshop

Ich würde die Seite weiterempfehlen!

I ordered a shirt over two weeks ago and have now contacted them 3 times because I have had no response I don't normally leave negative reviews on small companies even when disappointed but this is a joke now

I got mine in about a week and half and this was during chinese new year. I have just placed another order.

they have paypal so use that and youre safe.

I ordered 8 kits at the end of November and have still not received them. I have contacted them multiple times and complained. They offered to resend a new package which i declined and asked for my money back. And now they wont answear my Emails, i have sent 2 emails without any response. SCAM website!

They "sent" my order 3 times, never got it and they refused to isse a refund. Keep in mind every times for "resends" is 60 days waiting.

Started off great and was super impressed with the jersey I ordered, however when trying it on it was too small. The website clearly stated a 30 day refund policy and I contacted them, at first I was offered an exchange but I would have to pay £15 for the jersey to be sent out. I explained that I did not want to spend £15 on an exchange incase the next shirt also did not fit. This is also not mentioned on the refund process. I again explained that the jersey was in original packaging and all labels still on so would like a refund and will send the jersey back. Was then told that they do not have a UK address (despite there being an address on the website) and it didn’t seem very economical for them to return my jersey. I was then offered a £20 refund. I replied stating I was within all the refund policy on the website and would be taking this further. Have not heard anything back. SCAM.

Really great quality and arrived really fast

Placed order about 6 weeks ago. They took the money right away. No jerseys yet. Same ol’ BS every week - “wait few more days”.

I can’t believe I felt for these scammers.

Asked for refund, but I’m not holding my breath…

Fantastically incorrect lead time with no meaningful communication. Order No. : 62ED2EE156801A04

You can receive the package as soon as possible"

Margins must be great for Gogoalshop .... They take your money and never send you product. I ordered jerseys in early October 2023 and have yet to receive them for our U10 girls team. I haven't found an effective way to communicate with this company and fear I will be out hundreds of dollars. At this point, I believe this is a scam..... hoping it's not but without anyone to talk to its hard to know.

Potential Buyers: RUN! Run far far away.

The shirts are good quality for the price(can't tell the difference really), sizing is accurate. The first order never arrived, 1 month 10 days. Contacted Customer Service who resent the jersey along with a free one of my choosing. Thought this was a scam during the first order but, customer service stayed in contact with me through email the whole time. The second order took about a month to arrive. Just arrived and as advertised. So they must not be a scam but do not expect a quick refund if the package is not delivered/lost they will try to make it up, at least they did with me.

so the actually shirts quality are good however i received one that was way too small. i contacted support and they said that i need to pay the shipping difference for them to send out another one. the mastercard payment on the website wasn’t working so i sent it through wise. the customer support has told me they haven’t received the money and are asking me to send it again through a different app. i showed them the receipt number and the transaction screenshot. the money has been taken out of my account and paid to them, through wise

No geral foi uma boa compra, infelizmente os nossos correios é que falham muito, a compra e o acompanhamento foram bons e a camisola é excelente pelo preço q paguei, vou voltar a comprar lá.

Scam site. They provide fake tracking information, updating it whenever you pester them with an email. No refunds given. Stay away.

Order 2 jersey that never came, tracking number is useless contact gogoalshop and they just tell you to wait for more days never buying from this store again.

I'm going to post a review of my jerseys that I got, I love the quality best website for jerseys I've ever seen.

I got my order with a zidane 1998 France and napoli kvara and the zidane is bit big but the kvara is perfect and it fits me well,i love your quality.

I've been waiting for a month and I contacted the customer service, they helped me to solve my order. Finally,I got the package today,I was surprised how good quality it was.
