Ordered some replacement Sun blaster lamps, they arrived very well packaged but had been damaged by the courier. Replacements were sent out immediately. Thanks
I have sent an email regarding one of the lights, but you have not responded
January 2025 No problems with my order, I ordered got a confirmation email then delivery a day or two later. I'd shop there again no worries.

Go Grab Goods From GO GROW
I've legitimately never left a Trustpilot review before but wanted to do so because I had a particularly easy and pleasant shopping experience with the folks at Go Grow. Super communicative, pleasant and professional place, highly recommended to anyone green fingered or otherwise.
(I grabbed a Homebox Ambient tent for a much better price than anywhere else, fyi)

Out of date on arrival
Out of date on arrival.no more in stock so refunded me. now have to pay shipping twice.may b choose a bigger more well known store

We are so sorry you received an out of date item. We reported it to the wholesaler who apologised for not sending us fresher stock. We refunded you the full amount plus shipping and can only apologise again for any inconvenience as we strive to offer the best products and best service possible.

Great light
Great light, only comment is that some literature with the light would be useful as I had to search on internet to find company explanation on how to use the clips and also daisy chain the lights - which even then wasn’t specific to my light set-up (USA vs European perhaps?).

Good selection of seeds.
I ordered a few packets of seeds to top up my tin for the coming year. They arrived about a week later.

Hope you enjoy your seeds. Sorry the delivery took a bit longer which is out of our hands once it is with Royal Mail. They had a big back log in November and December!

Hi. Thanks so much for your order and feedback. Sorry the items took a bit longer to arrive. Royal Mail had such a back log in November and December. We do process and ship out all orders within 24 hours but once it is with them, it out of our hands unfortunately.
